Fascinating geology and...

Fascinating geology and site of ancient civilization habitations. Tour guide, Cat, was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna and provided balanced information regarding perspectives on the area’s history from a variety of perspectives. The tour itself was very comfortable with water provided by the guide. The vehicle was akin to an air-conditioned shuttle bus with comfortable seating and manageable access and egress for minor mobility-challenged guests.

It was soooooo much fun and it was the perfect balance of engagement and relaxation! Zuzu masterfully led us through all of the different rocks and such and I would definitely go again!

The trip was awesome! Our guide was Skylar. He gave great directions and was alot of fun! The water was SO cold! Wearing water resistant clothing is a good idea.

Animas Rafting Excellence

Fun and entertaining with some time to enjoy all the beautiful scenery and animals. Not to mention our guide, Nina, was the best she knew what she was doing, solved any problems (getting stuck on rocks, etc.) swiftly and was all around a great tour guide by conversing with us while giving some quiet time to truly take in the sights that we don’t get to see everyday as tourists to this beautiful place. Overall great experience with friendly people 10/10 recommend this service.

So much fun! And a wonderful and friendly guide Jonathan! Staff was approachable, the rapids were incredible, and the trip was so fun we almost didn't change out of our wetsuits and sign up for the next run!

Beautiful MesaVerde Tour

I highly recommend the full day Mesa Verde tour! It was truly beautiful and amazing! Our tour guide, Jay was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the history and was so much fun to spend the day with! We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends and tell them to request Jay as their tour guide! We will be back too!!

Amazing

This trip was amazing. Our guide was very informative as to the landforms, the eras of those landforms, the names of the rapids. He even did most of the paddling which was great for my husband and myself as we are in our 70s. I feel bad that I don't remember our guides name He had shoulder length dark brown hair. I would definitely recommend this trip to everyone.

Nathaniel and Zuzu are the BEST

We had a group of 10 (2 rafts), guided by Zuzu and Nathaniel. Nathaniel had an impressive CV with great stories to boot. Zuzu suggested taking a “kid boat” and provided a safe, fun, and team building adventure complete with paddle high fives. Great experience overall!

We went on the half-day, 5-mile rafting tour and had a fantastic experience. The trip was very well organized by Mild to Wild — everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Irving was a great guide! He kept things fun, safe, and engaging for everyone. Our nine and ten year old kids especially loved jumping into the river and playing with other kids on the nearby rafts. We felt comfortable the whole time and really enjoyed this unique and memorable adventure. Highly recommend!
