Eye-opening experience
Bella was our tour guide. She took excellent care of us! She explained the history of the people who lived in the area as well as taking care of our needs. We enjoyed our trip and loved seeing and learning about the culture of the Pueblos.

My family really enjoyed going down the Animas River with the Mild to Wild Rafting crew! They're very professional, fun to be around, skilled, and engage participants to get the most out of the rafting adventure. Riley was a great guide and even though the water level was a bit low, he made it fun and exciting. Highly recommend this company and Riley!

We had so much fun! Dylan was an awesome guide. Wishing the river was higher, but it did not damper our fun and excitement. We got to swim in the rapids, which we totally enjoyed. We would not hesitate to go with Mild to Wild again if we are in Durango.

Mesa Verde adventure
A guided tour was the best way to experience Mesa Verde National Park. Our guided Miles was so knowledgeable and helpful.

We did the all day Mesa Verde tour with Miles. It was a small group, but Miles was very accommodating to requests for photo stops. Very informative! You can tell he loves the Pueblo people and their history, it shows! We enjoyed it so much, we went on a jeep tour up the LaPlata mountains with Larry! He was great and very patient with the avid photographer in our group. Larry and Miles ROCK!

My wife and I went on a Jeep tour with Cat last week and enjoyed it immensely. Cat took us up a canyon road to above the tree line where the views were fantastic. We highly recommend this tour and Car was a great tour guide and driver.

Our guide was polite , kind & professional, but he was new to the area, had a script to follow, and no real knowledge of the park & history.. We enjoyed the arches & sightseeing, but it would have been much more rewarding to have had an experienced guide riding with us who was knowledgeable, able to answer questions, and familiar with the area.

We had a great trip. Pat was awesome. Took time to share about the area and ecosystem. Great driver in the big van, then excellent off road. We were able to climb above the tree line. It was a great experience!

Our trip was amazing start to finish. Not only were the guides friendly, but they started the trip letting us know how highly trained they are. The guides are all trained in swift water rescue and a lot of them are first responders. The float down the river was beautiful and not overly strenuous. We were able to get out and swim a few times. If you’re looking for serious rapids, mid-August might not be the time to go, but the company cannot control the river. If your looking for a great rafting company, this is it.

Had an amazing 5 day Cataract Canyon trip with M2W and Jeff and Scott as the lead guides. If you are thinking of doing this trip go with M2W. They are one of the only companies that bring along inflatable kayaks to give you the option of getting in a small boat to do the rapids. Guides Jeff and Scott were super knowledgeable about the river and the history of water issues in the west. They have tons of white water experience and we felt safe going with them. They were also great chefs. The food was awesome! Jeff and Scott really felt personally invested in the good vibes of the trip. They wanted everyone to love the river as the much as they do. Excellent job!

Limited knowledge
Although our tour guide was polite, kind and professional, he knew little about the area. Had just moved to Moab, and followed a script. He wasn’t able to answer many questions we had, since he wasn’t new to the area. He should have been partnered with an experienced guide. We enjoyed the arches & sightseeing, but missed the proficiency and knowledge that comes with experience.

We were first time water rafters and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! Great fun for all ages! Shout out to Stephen our guide.. he gave easy and helpful instruction! Highly recommend! Definitely would go again!
