Kayaking would be better as a separate trip
Kayaking was OK. Too much wasted time in the large group of rafts! Met at 1:30, waited for everyone to get PFDs, etc. Safety talk and then bus ride. Didn't get onto the water until almost 3:30. Once we began, the kayaks had to stay with the rafts and wait while they had water fights and were swimming. It was a windy day and we couldn't just stop paddling-- we'd float backwards, so we had to paddle, but not go ahead of the rafts. We didn't get back to our car until almost 6. It would save time if they sent the guides beforehand (and afterwards) with the rafts/kayaks and we didn't have to wait 20-30 minutes before and after the trip for them to unload/load. The kayaking was fine, not much whitewater. Our guide, Annie was great!

Amazing knowledgeable staff
Sam and Rolo were amazing. My boyfriend and I were in a doubles kayak and there was two rafts on the trip as well. They pointed out bald eagles, birds, and deer. They provided history and geological insight to the rock formation and coloring. We had super fun and are interested in a multi day tour the next time we are out. Shout out to Chris our driver as well!!

Great Jeep Tour
We had a wonderful time cruising through back roads into the gorgeous mountains of Colorado on this trip. Cat was an excellent and knowledgeable guide for our visit to the Silverton back country. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting an old mining site and lake during our tour. We did collect a fair amount of road dust on our cloths due to dry conditions in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great outdoor tour in the region.

Cat was our Jeep tour guide and we went off road in Silverton up to just under 12000 feet. She was so informative of about the different plants trees and about the area. I would highly recommend her for any tour.

Cat was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained by all she knew about the wildlife in the region. Even when we had to stop for 20 minutes due to construction she gave know little fun facts about the aspens right outside the van window.

Rafting Animas River.
We had a Great time rafting down the Animas River. Lauren was our guide she was amazing We can’t wait for our next trip to Durango. We will definitely book with Mild To Wild again. And ask for Lauren.

Off road jeep tour

We did the jeep tour into the mountains. It was great trip. Most of the road was smooth, but the upper portion closer to the mountain was rocky and bumpy. The scenery was spectacular. Our guide was great and had a great knowledge of the history of the La Plata area. At the top of the mountain, our guide told us the path to take to get the best view and he was right. The view of the San Juan Mountains was breathtaking.

We were picked up & our guide Bella was great. Very informative about the area & stopped on the way to Silverton so we could get a picture of the cabin. A great jeep adventure, we stopped at an old mine & looked for rocks which was fun. Her recommendation for lunch was spot on too. You can't go wrong booking with them. They tell you exactly how to book the train ride back to Durango & exactly which side for the best view.

We went rafting with our two elementary school aged children and had the best time! Nina was a fantastic guide who was willing to let them jump out of the raft to swim, even for a few minutes. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to CO/UT!

Perfect Mesa Verde experience!
We had an amazing day with Tosh Black! He was a perfect host, we learned a ton, and heightened the park experience for us. We definitely would not have gotten as much out of our visit without Tosh. Would absolutely recommend!!

Most fun activity in Moab!
The jeep tour of Onion Creek and surrounding landscape was a blast! Sean was a phenomenal guide - expert knowledge of geology, great sense of humor and energy, thrilling but safe driving, fantastic playlist - all around a spectacular tour!
