My Gates of Lodore rafting trip with Mild to Wild was better than the Grand Canyon rafting trip I took many years ago! The pace was slower so I could really savor the experience. The meals were amazing! Our guides Jackson and Gavin were the absolute BEST! I'm already thinking about my next trip with Mild to Wild... possibly thru Desolation Canyon.

It was delightful day on the Colorado. The guides were helpful, entertaining, informative, and fun.. I really have nothing more to add to that but it seems like you need 100 words for this to be completed.

Our guide Taz was excellent. The tour was mellow and fun with some knowledge and humor mixed in. Lunch was pretty good and I would recommend you come try this. I'll be back.

I did just the Jeep portion of this trip in Silverton and it was fantastic! The scenery was stunning and our guide, Miles, was so knowledgeable of the area and its history, and generous with answering all the questions that came up.

We took the Trails and Rails tour this past week. Jay was our guide/driver on the shuttle from Durango to Silverton and on the Jeep tour to the backcountry around Silverton. He was fantastic! There were only 4 of us on the tour so he catered the whole trip to our interests. He stopped any place we wanted pictures. Told us about the history of the area including fun facts about mining in the area. He showed us how to break rocks near an old mine and find minerals inside. His stories were fantastic too! This tour was so much fun largely because of how personalized Jay made it! Highly recommend the Trails and Rails tour!

Lauren was outstanding! Ask for her if you book! We had a great time rafting down the animas river(lower). We stopped and swam for a bit then finished the trip. Over all the entire process was easy, organized and enjoyable! Great way to spend a day. A member of our group had a shoulder injury. Lauren easily accommodated so our group could go and enjoy the rafting trip. Book with mild to wild you will not be disappointed!

Quiet Experience, super enjoyable

We were completely alone with the tour guide and no other agencies were disturbing our experience. I would suggest this period (last two August weeks) in order to have the best relaxing experience ever. No many waves, but a lot of silence and calmness. The guide Nina and the driver Daren were great and had good conversations with us.
