Mild to Wild Rafting was SPECTACULAR

Hayden was our guide. Great trip, turns out we were on the first commercial run for them of the year. Had a blast hanging out with other guides and listening to them talk shop.

Our trip with Mild to Wild was awesome!! It was pretty Wild for us but probably Mild for a log of people. We kayaked the Colorado on a portion of the part they call The Daily. We've kayaked for awhile now on lakes but this was our first river trip and it was so much fun!!! I'm a total spaz when it comes to rowing but I made it thru just fine. Due to the heavy rains down there the river was up a bit and we went thru 3 areas of Class 2 rapids. We've been on Class 4 in a large raft but when you're down in a little kayak the Class 2 seem HUGE! It was scary enough to be absolutely thrilling but of course there wasn't really any danger. If I had flipped I know what to do and our guides would have rescued me. They were great guys and I really wish I could remember their names. The only bad parts were not the fault of Mild to Wild at all! I got a little motion sick on the slow parts of the river so the rapids got my mind off my tummy for a few minutes. We were supposed to go on a full day trip but when we stopped for lunch I told my husband that I couldn't go on because I was feeling pretty sick but he should go on. He said that he was about ready to stop too. It was a great morning but we were beat. Every muscle in my body was sore. I think I was working so hard to get thru the rapids that I tightened every muscle I have. IT WAS ALL WORTH IT THO. I can't wait to go back next year and do it again!!

We had a wonderful time on our rafting trip! Justin was a great guide who was willing to answer any questions we would throw at him. Since we were rafting near the end of the season the rapids were mild, but it was a great introduction and Justin still made sure we got splashed! We would definitely go back and try some level 3 rapids.

The entire experience from booking with Mild to Wild to rafting down the river was AWESOME 👌 Guides were very qualified! Our family felt safe and we had loads of fun topped off by the breathtaking scenery along the Colorado River. Definitely a 5 star experience! We will be back! Great job guys and girls! They were late getting started while they waited for a very late family. The "restroom" was dirty. The safety talk could have been done on the bus because they didn't use props. They didn't instruct how to paddle. The boats were dirty. The guide didn't know the formations or animals we passed. The upside was the beautiful scenery. I would do this trip again but not with this company.

The trip was truly fantastic. The Pueblo archeological sites are extremely well preserved and the vistas within the Park are stunning. Our guide, Tosh, was outstanding. The depth of his knowledge of not only the Pueblo culture but also the Navaho and the Ute culture is amazing. We tour often and we were very impressed with this whole experience. I cannot recommend Tosh too highly.

We did the MILD, not the WILD. Great crew/staff👍🏻 Beautiful scenery! Easy, not scary. They were informative and fun and worked with us to help us get the best pics or take time to swim. Justin, Annie and Sarah are all great people:) Thanks sooo much!!!

This trip was a blast! Our guide, Sam was so fun and knowledgeable! I was so impressed with his ability to guide us and instruct us to go exactly where we needed to be in the river. And since the river was pretty mild, he livened it up for us by creating fun challenges and adventures. Sam was the best!
