We contracted Mild to Wild for a full day guided trip through castle valley. We had 9 middle through high schoolers and had a fantastic experience. Our Guides Liam and Sean where the highlight of our trip! They read our groups personality and needs perfectly and met all our needs. Perfect balance of info about the history of the area, general fun facts, and flaura and fuana. The guides also did a great job teaching and enforcing LNT principals. Our group was excited to swim, and Liam and Sean did an amazing job getting them safely in and out of the water! Sean even provided us with a ton of great suggestions for short hikes and activities to do after our day of rafting was over. I was impressed with mild to wilds guides, river etiquette, and over all facilitation, Highly Recommend them for any one looking for guided rafting in Moab!

This was my 4th M2W trip, each one progressively longer and more challenging. First: This trip was way underpriced for the amazing Bucket List adventure of 4 days in some of the greatest navigable rapids in North America. I was particularly impressed with the fun camaraderie and hard work each crew member put forth to care for everyone's needs. Whether our triathlete or fit older (78) rafters, every minute was tailored to everyone's enjoyment and safety. You let the wild be wild, and pampered the mild being mild, as every crew member was in constant motion from Day One. The 4-day was the perfect length. I'll be back and try the jetboat version. Cataract is one of those places that you could run dozens of times and still experience something new each time. We did the half day Lower Animas River rafting trip and Toby was our guide. We had a large group of half adults and half kids. The whole experience was so much fun. Toby is an excellent guide and had us “surfing” the rapids at one point. You can tell he has been rafting for a long time, and he was friendly and made sure we all had a great time. The raft trip itself was great, beautiful views, and a run of rapids that made the trip exciting.

The best rafting trip in the area. We always knew what was happening OR going to happen and it was the best day! Sam was an amazing guide. He loves a challenge and was like that mischievous younger sibling when he asked how far we wanted to be pushed…and it was worth it! We are locals and will be back.

We did the half day raft trip in Moab with Mild to Wild team and it was fantastic! They were easy to book, provided great pre-trip communications, were very organized onsite, and provided a great river rafting experience! Ben was our guide, and he offered all kinds of interesting facts as we made our way down the river pointing out famous events, natural formations, and interesting local stories. You’ll get plenty wet in the rapids - so much fun!! Highly recommend!

Everything was smooth from start to finish. We were camping at United down the road from the CO office and I went to website to checkout their info. I was prompted by a chat told them we wanted rafting for 2 adults, they sent me info and pricing through chat. Confirmed a half day and they called me to get it booked with payment. Mind you I was on the train from Durango to Silverton in this process and everything was booked and set for the next day in afternoon so quickly and easy before I lost service. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed prepared for almost anything. We had Sam as our guy/guide. There were 6 boats in total and Sam was lead. He did so well that our trip was full of fun and very relaxing. We chatted with our other rafting traveling almost the whole time because Sam made everything such a breeze. He took us through all the fun and difficult spots making us feel like pro rafters! Navigated through tight spots like it was a walk in the park. Very interesting people and Sam is an amazing guy. Thank you Sam and the whole team at Mild to Wild for making our trip enjoyable!

We had the best trip with Mild2Wild! Toby was an exceptional guide; everyone in our group had so much fun, which was no easy task with two small kids (4&6)! Everyone from 4yrs old- 70 years old had a fantastic time!

Went white water rafting for the 1st time with our 4 kids today on the Colorado River. Thank you to our guide Hannah at Mild to Wild Rafting for making our day epic! As soon as we got off the kids demanded to take a full day rafting trip on class V rapids, so I guess they enjoyed it! Also, she answered 1 million questions from our 6 & 9 year old with the patience of a saint. You cannot go wrong with Mild to Wild, the best company on the river.

Took a jeep tour with the family. Bella was our guide. We went up La Plata canyon and her driving was *chefs kiss* flawless. She made it super fun, she knew a lot of history about the area. She has a talent for making people feel comfortable. Thank you for the great day!

What a great family experience! I would highly recommend adding the full day raft experience to your Moab trip. Our guide Shawn, was fantastic! He educated our group with many historical and geological sights along the trip. He was very knowledgeable and very experienced! Will book again.
