What a Blast!
We had a great time rafting the lower Animas with Toby. He let us have a lot of fun but was very professional and kept us safe. Rafting was the highlight of our week in Durango.

Not much water
The half-day trip was an hour or less on the water. There was a lot of downtime (signing waivers, trip safety, bus ride, bathroom break, several roll calls, etc). Although the scenery and our guide was great, I was disappointed by the trip length.

Great tour of the park!
We enjoyed our tour with Darren. We learned a lot, saw a lot and hiked to some beautiful sites. Really enjoyed our time and glad we took the tour versus driving on our own. We saw a lot more with the tour. The pace of the tour was also very good. Would highly recommend the tour with this company and with Darren.

Rafting during Animas River Days
We went river rafting with extended family including grandchildren under age 12 . Our guide Steven made the trip safe and fun for all of us. Many good memories were made today

I took a group of 170+ including mostly teenage girls with M2W on a half day trip. The guides were so fun and so good! They got all of us down the river safely and we all had a blast! They have great instruction and were super efficient getting us suited in wetsuits and on the river. Our girls loved Toby and also major credit to Will who got my own boat unstuck off a log super fast and Nathaniel who was another favorite. Highly recommend! Our whole group had a great time and would have loved a longer trip if we had been able to do so!

Absolutely incredible experience with Mild to Wild Rafting in Moab! From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. The scenery on the Colorado River was breathtaking – towering red rock cliffs, serene stretches of water, and exciting rapids that kept us on our toes. Seth, our guide, was phenomenal: knowledgeable, entertaining, and clearly passionate about the river and ensuring everyone had a safe and memorable time. They shared fascinating facts about the geology and history of the area, making the trip not just an adventure, but also an educational journey. The equipment was top-notch, and we felt completely safe and well-prepared. The entire team at Mild to Wild was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome and excited for the trip. Whether you're a seasoned rafter or a first-timer, this is the company to go with in Moab. We left with huge smiles, amazing photos, and memories that will last a lifetime. Five stars aren't enough – highly, highly recommend!

Great experience with mild to wild from start to finish for a full day on the Moab daily. Molly was great on the front end, answering questions and providing recommendations for our group of 9. On the day of, the river was running at about 7500 cfs. Our 4 young adults loved the higher excitement of the kayak’s through the class 2s and the rest of us enjoyed the guided raft with Seth. Seth gave great instruction before we got underway, which was useful later, when one of our kayakers became a swimmer (twice). Seth demonstrated calm under pressure and executed safe rescues. There were lots of smiles and laughs along the way. The views of the majestic red rock mesas were spectacular. There was also some awesome wildlife (bald eagle in its nest, blue herons, a little family of geese, to name a few). The river offered a good amount of excitement for our group, with some refreshing swims. Overall a beautiful day and great experience for our group. Highly recommend mild to wild. A few logistical items: Pick up and drop off were quick. There are a couple of changing rooms at HQ which were helpful at the end. Three bathrooms: at HQ (clean) and at the drop off and mid way point (eww). The deli lunch that was provided was fresh and hit the spot for a 5 hours on the river. Water shoes are needed, hats and long sleeve swim shirts were very helpful.

This is a company that knows how to do multi day raft trips. Everything is well coordinated from the office aspects thru to the take out. Transportation, food, guide quality are all excellent. I have gone on two 5 day trips with them and have had great experiences both times and will certainly go with M2W again. I just finished a 5 day Desolation Canyon trip with Evan as trip leader. Evan couldn't have been more competent, kind, and patient. He let the more experienced guests have some adrenaline fun while calming the nervous newbies.

Our guides name was Chelsea and she was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about not only the Arches but also the animals and plants that are in the Arches National Park. She was very kind and helped us along the trails. She fascinated us with her knowledge of geology as well as explaining how the Arches were created! I would definitely take a tour with her again!

All of the employees were very nice and helpful. The safety talk was great very informative. Devon our guide was helpful kind knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job. The float on the river was fun a little exciting and so beautiful. The trip was very organized and I felt safe. Highly recommended by me.

Piedra River was a super trip with Trey. A bit of a drive because it in the out back. But well worth for getting away from it all.
