Best time. River was good, the views were spectacular and our guide Lauren was the best She was very experienced and our raft had the most exciting ride

A Confluence of Friends on the Multi-day Cataract Canyon Rafting Trip
The days spent in Cataract Canyon with guides Payton, Ben, and Ryan were absolutely incredible - and I know my whole group of friends will cherish the sweet & sunny memories forever. We went as a bachelorette group to celebrate my upcoming wedding and could not possibly have had a better experience. Payton was the best trip leader I've ever met and gotten the chance to paddle with! My group loved her warm & welcoming demeaner, learned from her genuine love of nature & stewardship, and had absolute respect for experience and professionalism. Payton, Ben, and Ryan each brought their own magic that made our trip safe and truly joyful.

Great for families!
We did the AM Jeep Tour and the PM Colorado River rafting trip. Breanna was our tour guide and driver for the morning trip. She was a skilled driver and well versed in the history of the area. She had drinks and water onboard and hand sanitizer as well. Friendly a fun, 5 stars! Take water, a snack and wear sunglasses. We packed our own lunch. And we bought a wet bag from them so we could take more things on the rafting trip. They allowed us to leave our keys at the check in desk. Steve and Devon got the rafting check-in and safety meeting started. They were both humorous and efficient. On the bus ride to the launch, Devon was hilarious and told great stories about local history. The driver (Sorry, maybe Dan?) was great. I hear he is the fastest in the buisness. Our river guide was Tom. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and told us the names of the rocks formations along the way. He was a fantastic guide and made the trip entertaining! He was also helpful and took pictures for us when my phone ran out of battery. The float was great and refreshing. 5 stars all the way! Great for children and newbies!

Zuzu, was a really fun, nice and great guide today for our family. She made our time even better because she spoke Spanish to our family who are visiting from Colombia. I highly recommend her as a guide.

What a great experience. Ryan was an excellent leader. He was funny, gave great instruction, and made us feel like he cared. The rapids were perfect for any age and he navigated them perfectly for lots of fun. I’d book this trip again in a hot minute!

Fun family friendly trip. Guide was lovely, views were breathtaking. Class 1 and 2 rapids at points. I was in the front and got some exciting splashes. Thrilling but not scary at all.

Great choice and Mild to Wild was awesome! We loved our guide Kip!!! He did a great job navigating us and allowing us to help and enjoy the experience. We had a family of 6 which included 4 adults and two kids aged 10 and 7. We would book this again and request Kip! If your risk averse have no fear! Thank you Mild to Wild!

Had a great 3/4 day on the lower Animus with Rob as our guide. He was safety conscious, extremely knowledgeable about local and regional Native history and we had a ton of fun!

Our guide, Wolf, did a great job. Great, simple lunch. Rapids were class I, II, and II+. We were able to get in the river and float with the current.

SO disappointing!!! Not recommended!
As someone who has participated in several whitewater rafting trips before, I found this one to be the least exciting, and most underwhelming—despite being the most expensive. In addition, they did not have a photographer to take pictures while you were rafting like other companies do. There were also no changing areas, showers, bathrooms, etc. before or after your rafting trip. The “rapids” were extremely mild, and at times the trip felt more like a casual canoe trip than a whitewater adventure. Our guide even mentioned that they have other trips that are more mild, but I can’t imagine a more mild trip since this was significantly more tame than anticipated. We barely got wet beyond our feet, and the portion of the trip described as the “climax”, was only mildly engaging at best. While I appreciate the staff’s professionalism and the scenic environment, I would not recommend this trip to others unless they are specifically seeking a very gentle (boring) experience.
