Yampa River Beauty
The Yampa River/Dinosaur National Park Rafting was spectacular! A rather large group (19) with 5 excellent guides (Jackson, Ryan, Alex, Brandon & Ziggy) were attentive and always organized, competent, helpful and friendly! It never felt like too many because they were organized and efficient. Overall I felt well taken care of and confident the entire time! The food with Mild to Wild is always great and satisfying too! Thanks to our group of guides we had another wonderful experience with Mild to Wild!

Rafting through Dinosaur National Monument - What an experience!
just got back from a 4 day raft trip through Dinosaur National Monument. It was a trip of a lifetime. Everything from the scenery to the guides to the food was first class! The Yampa and Green Rivers which we rafted provide great rapids and world class views. Our guides, Jackson, Ryan, Alex, Ziggy and Brandon, went above and beyond all others that we have travelled with in the past. Each is unbelievably talented and full of local knowledge about each river and the canyons we paddled through. Having 2 man duckies was great fun. Despite the group size (we had 19 guests), the guides kept things moving efficiently and seamless. The food that they prepared (whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner) was delicious. Working together our guides made this a wonderful experience. We had children (12 and up), parents and grandparents on our trip, and everyone had a great time. I've done many raft trips and Mild to Wild is at the top of the list of companies to go with if you are thinking about a beautiful trip through the American West. I can't say enough good things about them.

Wonderful rafting experience
The 1/2 day Animas Whitewater Rafting trip was the perfect length for a fun day's outting. This trip is on the milder side, but a great introduction to being on the river. Great staff, very kind and helpful.

I had a great time on the Colorado river. There were good vibes and good energy all around and Zach, our guide, was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. He made sure we were all comfortable and shared very interesting knowledge about all the amazing nature surrounding us. It was my first time river rafting and it was pretty mild (which is exactly what I wanted), so I was pleased. In our group, there were also people using Kayaks, so there is something for everyone. The guides were nice, smiling and positive. Overall, a very good positive experience. Thank you, peeps!

This was a wonderful experience!! We did the Brown Canyon trip, and it was very fun!! The raft guides were funny, kind, and informative. The scenery was stunning, and even at low water, we still had a blast gently floating or hitting tricky rapids. Would recommend, that’s for sure 💅💅

Mesa Verde is a beautiful place, filled with amazing cliff dwellings. I’d always heard the term “cliff dwellings”, but had no idea how elaborate they were. Our guide, Cat, made for such a pleasant day, filling it with knowledge, conversation, and trivia. She accommodated my need to sit up front on those very windy roads, and even though she was quite familiar with the roads, she took the curves slowly so that the rest of us would feel safe. The sandwich, snacks, and drink she provided were really good too.

Jay Bird, our guide made this a delightful, informative, and fun adventure for all ages. Prepared for anything, he was passionate about Mesa Verde, and willing to walk the extra mile to b sure everyone on the tour had the best possible experience. Can’t wait to come back
Our guide Kiah was great! We did this one since my 9 year old saw it as we were driving past. It was a fun experience and my kiddo LOVED it! Kiah knew her stuff and gave some fun facts along the way. My kiddo now says she wants to grow up to be just like Kiah and be a rafting tour guide. We will be back!

Guides great, river blah.
There are no rapids in the half day trip. even on the best days, the guides say there are only # 1-2 rapids, very disappointing.

Tysa - Geology Extraordinaire
We had an amazing Jeep tour with Tysa. It ended up being more of a geology/rock tour than an off roading adventure like some might expect, but Tysa was absolutely amazing! He knew so much about the area and the rocks and rock formation and the Earth's surface.. On and on and on. It turned into a truly unique experience that we would definitely do again. Tysa was an old soul with a passion for all things outdoor.
