This was an amazing experience! Perfect four our family of four with two kids (ages 9 and 12). A great way to experience what Durango has to offer. Our guide, Dillon, was outstanding! He knew tons of cool facts, helped us master the river brilliantly, and threw in great jokes along the way that the kids loved. He really made the experience spectacular. The river was beautiful, the rafting was a blast, and the entire experience was top notch. I could not recommend this place more. Thank you Dillon for giving us a 5 star experience on the river!

Absolutely LOVED our white water rafting adventure with Micah! 🎉 From the moment we hit the water, he made us feel completely safe while keeping the energy up and the fun rolling. He’s super knowledgeable, helpful, and had the perfect mix of chill and excitement that made the trip unforgettable. Our 9-year-old had an absolute blast and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. Definitely recommend this company, and I recommend riding the bull and going for a swim when you're on your ride.

From start to finish, he made the entire experience seamless, safe, and packed with fun. His knowledge of the river, clear communication, and laid-back confidence really stood out. Brode kept the energy up the whole time with a great sense of humor and an easygoing vibe that made the trip unforgettable. He handled everything with professionalism and skill, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does — which made it even more enjoyable for us. We also want to give a big shoutout to the entire Mild to Wild team — from check-in to gear prep to the shuttle crew, everyone was friendly, organized, and clearly working hard to make the experience great for all. First class operation. This is our 3 rafting trip with Mild to Wild and a prior jeep tour of La Platta mountains. From our reservation experience with Grace to our river guide Sam the elder, we had a great experience. Though the water flow/water height was not as high as last year, Sam made the trip enjoyable.

Tom was an awesome guide. Definitely a very mild cruise without a lot of rapids. Nice smooth tour with beautiful scenery all around. If you are looking for a lot of rapids this isn't the tour this is a half day float with some bumps.

We had an awesome half day Mess Verde trip with Bella! She was the COOLEST, most knowledgeable tour guide we’ve ever had! She has a passion for our environment and appreciation of our National Parks like no one else we’ve encountered! She would stop and pickup small candy wrappers off the pathways. Super friendly & I would Definitely RECOMMEND you request her as a tour guide if available! Mild to wild is a great company to help you experience Colorado’s beauty !

Corbin made our trip a total success! I had very nervous 8&10 yr old daughters who didn’t even want to go after the safety talk. Handed them a squirt gun and we were off to the races! We had a super enjoyable time and the girls hope to raft again!

Great Time with Nathanial

Great experience. We did the 1/2 day float on the Animas River on 6/30/35. Nathanial was our guide and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. He was excellent at his skill and had great communication skills. He had a group including 2 adults and four kids (13, 9, 9, 6). My 9 year old son wanted to roast him on this review… but I chose the more professional approach! If all the staff is as great as Nathanial I 100% recommend Mild to Wild!

This was an absolutely fantastic rafting trip down the San Miguel! The guide (Elise) was just terrific! She was obviously skilled and experienced, loved what she did and personable. She made the experience fun for my whole family but kept us safe and out of trouble at the same time.

Fantastic trip made all the better with our awesome guide Elise.....'forward twooooooo' 'back oooooonnnne' ! As a family of four, we all had a great time and could easily have gone for the full day, but we only booked a half day - not realising just how good it would be !
