Our guide, Irving was great told stories and chatted it up with us. My mom can’t swim so asked for her to be in the back closest to him if she went over. River was low and too much tiny rapids. It was a relaxing float!

We had an amazing white water rafting trip. The tour guides were awesome and very chilled and experienced. Chris was fantastic and kept our whole family engaged and having fun. We went with a 6, 11, and 13 year old and they all had a fantastic time! Thank you to Mild to Wild Rafting for providing us with an excellent experience.

Truly wish I could be leaving a 5 star review. My group and I drove 4 hours for a multiple night trip to Moab centered around rafting on Independence Day.. we have come years prior and we were delighted by the sweet local man that serves free hot dogs on the beautiful Colorado river. A wonderful celebration for the fourth, I would say. Upon getting into our raft for a full day trip our guide asked why we chose to raft this specific day and I informed her I eat one hot dog a year and it is on Independence Day on the Colorado river in Moab. She tells me that kind of tomfoolery happens further south on the river than where we will be, a bold faced lie. When our group spots this sweet man the unpatriotic woman paddled faster and faster. I watched in horror as our raft carried on. My Independence Day was ruined by someone that I paid to ruin it? Next year we’ll be going with any of the companies that I saw stop with their guests.. Navtek, Paddle Moab, Wild West and World Wide are a few. I’ll never stop wanting to be on the river but never with your company or guides ever again. I should have rode back to town on the bus when we stopped for the provided lunch, the money had already been wasted and Claudia hurt my heart.

Annie was a terrific and fun guide on our Colorado River rafting trip. We were only in town one day and after seeing Arches Nat'l Park in the morning, we had to pick an afternoon activity. So glad we picked river rafting with Mild to Wild rafting tours! It was a beautiful, informative, and fun way to spend the afternoon.

Unbelievable trip!

A very unique and terrific experience for our family. The kids had a blast. Mild 2 wild really knew their stuff and the guides were more than helpful and dialed in. We will be coming back again with more of our family!

Product: Clear Creek Classic 2h 30m Rafting Trip - Idaho Springs, CO

Prepare to wait, wait,wait…50 mins on the water for a 4 hr excursion.

We arrived at 8:15 as instructed and we didn’t actually get in a boat on the river until 11:20. Lots of waiting and waiting and waiting. The boat ride was only 1hr and our guide Claudia (although she was very nice) was afraid to let us in the water. Other guides allowed folks to drift down as much as they wanted but Claudia only allowed us in for a shirt dip (2 mins). My husband wasn’t even able to get in the water. Overall everyone was kind and was nice but I would never do an excursion like this again. It was very boring and lacked lusted.

Amazing day on the river! Definitely do it!

This is the second time we’ve gone rafting with Mild to Wild, and both trips were absolutely amazing! Our guide, Avery, was fantastic—super knowledgeable about the area and full of fun facts. She even knew exactly where to spot baby mountain goats, and we actually saw them up close! I’ve never been that close to a mountain goat before—it was incredible. The whole day was perfect from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back for a third trip!

It was a great trip, nice to get out of the heat for the holiday weekend. Matt was fantastic! Rafting the rapids and then swimming the rapids was a high light. Thanks Matt for the suggestion. We will definitely do it again.

We had an amazing time on our 3/4 day trip on the Lower Animas with Justin M.! He was physically capable, knowledgeable, and, of course, a comedian to boot on top of his regular day job outside of the season. It was also July 4th so all the staff had high spirited costuming to celebrate !We had our 3 person family and a set of grandparents for a total of 5 and we had so much fun creating and sharing this memory together. It was an unforgettable way to remember our first time to Durango! 10/10 recommend and will return if we make it back!! Huge thanks!
