Micil Distillery is a Galway-based, family-run Irish spirits producer crafting Micil Irish Poitín, gin, and whiskey on the shores of Galway Bay. Since opening in 2016, it has been Galway’s first legal distillery in over a century. Visitors can experience a working distillery, enjoy tastings, and shop at the on-site Book A Tour and Shop options. Located at Oslo Bar, 226 Upper Salthill Rd, Galway, Ireland, it distills a rich Irish heritage with tours starting around €29 for 1 hour. The team offers intimate, educational experiences that celebrate traditional Irish distilling and warm hospitality and storytelling for guests everyday worldwide.
