Great surprise

Great experience, the guide was always kind and knowledgeable. The tour focused on the main areas inside Versailles and the gardens as described. Although the buying process was a bit shady, the result was great. I cannot say the same for louvre one, which was a scam, fortunately I've cancelled in time the louvre. I recommend this one.

The guide who met us at the train (wish I could remember his name, but I do recall that he emigrated from Greece) was so helpful and even gave us directions on which stop to take on our return trip so that we could attend our next activity. He was really great! Once at Versailles, Elyse took over and did a fantastic job! Having a guide makes things so much more enjoyable than stressing over logistics and wondering about the significance of what we are seeing. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Meghan was exceptional. She was so knowledgeable about the Louvre's history and architecture in addition to the art inside and shared her knowledge in a very engaging way. She was also very pleasant to spend time with throughout the tour. I think trying to navigate such a huge museum on our own would have been overwhelming and we would have missed things. Highly recommend booking a tour!

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά . Κλοπή ! Πληρώσαμε 350€ για 5 εισιτήρια και ξενάγηση, αργήσαμε 10’ και δεν βρήκαμε κανέναν να μας περιμένει. Το voucher που μας έστειλαν απτό site δεν ήταν εισιτήρια οπότε έπρεπε να αγοράσουμε εκεί από την ουρά του μουσείου εισιτήρια. Κόστισαν 40€ για όλους, οπότε η παραπάνω χρέωση 300€ ήταν η ξενάγηση;;;;;;;;; Τι υπερχρέωση είναι αυτή; Δεν είμαστε group… οικογένεια είμαστε! Οταν ζητήσαμε ευγενικά refund απτό site, η απάντηση ήταν όχι γιατί αργήσατε… ντροπή!!!!! Ποτέ ξανά από αυτό το site! Ληστεία!!!

Great tour with Anthony

We had an incredible experience on our guided tour of the Musée d’Orsay, thanks to our amazing guide, Anthony. His deep knowledge of the Impressionist artists brought the artwork to life, and he had a great way of explaining things that kept even our teenagers fully engaged and interested throughout the tour. Anthony’s passion for art was contagious, and his storytelling made the whole museum feel like a fascinating journey through history. We highly recommend this tour, it was the highlight of our trip to Paris!

Versaille tour

Christina was excellent, very informative and gave us a great tour of versaille. My only complaint would be that Viator should inform their clients of which company is doing the tour. The guide meeting us was excellent but we found ourselves wondering who are we suppose to meet.

Excellent tour of Versailles!

The experience was wonderful from start to finish! We were met in Paris by a knowledgeable guide and escorted via train to Versailles. There our tour guide met us. Ivan was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, funny, easy to understand, and welcoming. He really made it a wonderful visit! I would do it again for sure!
