Our tour was for 1015 we had issues and scrambled to get there at 1006 Nada no one We were told to “tag along” with another tour that had no options This was the third tour we booked thru your group The first one the guide called folks who were late and we waited for them The second our guide arrived slightly before scheduled departure but you did have someone there telling you what was going on We were told we could still get our lunch but were informed by the restaurant that they knew nothing This was beyond poor treatment And only to be told we were 6 minutes late so basically “sucks to be us” We intend to see if our cc provider agrees with you or us because we will dispute the charge and let everyone know how you treat folks who pay hundreds of euros to be dumped on by your so called customer service

Fab tour and intro to Impressionist art
Stephanie was brilliant, engaging and informative. It was super busy, and crowded, but Stephanie managed the large group very well, making sure everyone was following and present at all times. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and would highly recommend.

Ok experience
Eiffel Tower experience was ok. We still had to wait in long lines to get up to the top of the tower. Guide left us as soon as we got on the elevator.

The Singing Guide called Bayo who is like Adele.
Bayo was amazing and it was outstanding and we would go again…. Funnny guy and he can sing as well….Very knowledgeable and funny and made it a great experience.

The D’Orsay Impressionists tour was amazing. Stefanie was a great tour guide, so sweet and so knowledgeable. Loved learning about the Parisian history and background behind the pieces. The tour is great because it gets you in quickly and with this tour you could stay as long after the tour as you liked. I would have loved to but I had something else scheduled after. I loved the D’Orsay and definitely will spend more time on my next trip to Paris.

Warteschlangen gab es nicht. Aber herumstehen und warten gab es reichlich!! Da wäre es egal gewesen, ob man Schlange steht… Der Guide war sicherlich sehr fachkundig, aber ob man nun sein geschichtliches Wissen detailliert weitergeben muss, weiß ich nicht. Die Führung im Schloss erfolgte in völlig überfüllten Räumen. Kaum Luft zum Atmen. Und immer wieder herumstehen. Obwohl wir die Tour mit Schloss und Gärten gebucht hatten, haben wir nur Tickets für das Schloss erhalten. Nachdem wir uns aufgrund der o.g. Fakten entschieden hatten, die Führung durch das Schloss zu verlassen, mussten wir den Eintritt zu den Gärten zusätzlich bezahlen. 22 Euro zusätzlich zum eh schon sehr hohen Preis für die Tour. Anrufe beim Veranstalter waren auch sinnlos. Es wurde nicht geholfen…

Visiting the Musée d’Orsay on the skip-the-line guided tour was an absolutely delightful experience! Our friendly guide, Humberto, brought the art to life with his stimulating insights. He helped us see the vivid colors and bold strokes of the Impressionists in a whole new light. I was particularly struck by Monet’s Water Lilies—it’s one thing to see it in pictures, but standing before the actual piece was breathtaking! With Humberto's engaging stories about the artists’ lives, this tour truly deepened my appreciation for their groundbreaking work. After the tour, I enjoyed wandering through the museum at my own pace. Highly recommended! Thank you, Humberto!

Beautiful stained glass chapel was the obvious highlight but we also enjoyed the Isle walk with Mathieu.

Matt, or Mateo, was a great guide. Funny and knowledgeable. He was able to sense the vibe of our group quickly. He gave a good mix of history and rumors, funny stories; we had a great time.
