Too Long
The tour was too long. Some of the Paris history did not fit with the tour. The tour was exhausting.

Amazing tour of the Louvre
This was a great tour! Our guide Sarah was amazing! She was the best museum guide we have ever had. She was efficient and made sure we saw all the highlights! Highly highly recommend! 5 stars!

Très beau monument.
Simple visite du dôme des Invalides et du tombeau de Napoléon, par manque de temps, mais l’intérieur de ce dôme est magnifique, et la traversée de la cour intérieure des Invalides est émouvante pour que ce qu’elle représente lors des hommages funèbres.

Unfortunately, we lost this experience because we never found the meeting place due to poor communication with the operator. This operator doesn’t have a specific place for meeting. Although we sent messages to the contact phone provided, he never answered them.

Our guide Marion was very open and friendly. Her English was very good and she was easy to understand. It was obvious that she is passionate about the D’Orsay and the magnificent treasures that it holds. She gave us a number of insights about the timeline and origin of the impressionists and told fascinating facts regarding their lives and their art. We would strongly recommend Marion to be your guide to the D’Orsay.

Wonderful Tour!
Marouane was our tour guide! You'll be lucky to have him! It's obvious he loves his job and is incredibly knowledgeable about war history and Napoleon. My husband and I enjoyed this tour and we learned so much. Marouane is a gem!

A Delightful Journey Through the Orsay Museum
Our visit to the Orsay Museum was absolutely wonderful. There were so many fascinating things to see, but having a guided tour made it much less stressful. I learned so much and truly appreciated our guide's patience, especially when the escalators weren't working and she had to assist those waiting for the elevator. She was incredibly gracious and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and gained a wealth of knowledge.

sorry, but this was not worth the money.
It was highly disorganized, with no clear directions on meeting place or who to meet with. After multiple calls i finally figured it out, then it was slow and the guide was a little bit unpleasant. In a very French way, presumptuous and arrogant. It was a waste of money and time...and i would have preferred to have my money back in my pocket. We left the group and went on alone as it was not any substantially more beneficial than doing it ourselves.

Return to Versailles
This full day tour was perfect for us. We returned to Versailles 30+ years later and decided on a full day guided tour. We learned so much from our guide, Sylvie. She was a joy to have with us on the tour. Her knowledge of Versailles, the gardens, Petit Trianon, Queen's Hamlet and French history was top notch. We liked that our group was on the smaller side as well (there was 7 of us in the group), which made the tour that much more enjoyable. We had Skip the line access with our guide, entering the palace at 9:30 a.m. on a Thursday. The palace did get a bit crowded as the day went on, but was still enjoyable without the massive crowds you hear about. The visits to the Petit Trianon and Queen's Hamlet are a must. So very beautiful. We took a mid day break for lunch. We choose to dine at La Flottille near the Grand Canal, delicious lunch, we were seated right away. Highly recommend good walking shoes as you will walk A LOT but totally worth it. We did take the Trianon Train from Petit Trianon after the tour was complete. Make sure to allow extra time for exploring around the gardens after the tour, as after you exit, you are not allowed to re-enter the grounds. The walk to and from the train station was about 15 minutes, not bad at all. Overall, would highly recommend this tour and hopefully, you too, will have Sylvie as your guide.

Our original guide got sick so I understand why there was miscommunication but for the price, it shouldn’t have been that chaotic. Questioning if we had enough tickets, people swapping tickets, being told they might not get in without passports, just to name a few.

Great guides, made wonderful use of our time. I would not have been able to appreciate the palace without our guide, especially being forewarned of the crowds. Our guide kept the group together, helped to navigate through the crowds to the notable scenes and rooms, and gave insights into the palace life. We had a great time. Be aware there is a LOT of walking involved!
