So many would miss this?

These jewels are not seen by so many visitors but should be. The grandeur of the chateau is amazing to see but a very different example of the extent the French aristocracy were prepared to go to in order to make themselves comfortable is to be seen on this tour. A chateau tour and this one in a single day is a big ask but it is well worth it. Our guide was knowledgeable, entertaining a d should be congratulated.

Beautiful tour and superb guide

BEAUTIFUL windows and a must see. Tour guide was superb and very knowledgeable about Sainte-Chappelle. There are curved steps that could be a challenge for someone not relatively mobile, but railings to hold onto. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Beautiful museum not to be rushed

The museum is a dream! To be able to immerse into the impressionism is fascinating. The museum has a lot to offer starting with the building itself. The train station structure makes it remarkable. The only downside of this tour was the rush of the tour. I would definitely book a private one

Tourists beware!!

Awful experience! We were sent the wrong address, which made us miss our tour. When we finally arrived, the museum staff made us rebuy our tickets because we couldn't enter without our guide (confirmed by the helpline). This is really upsetting considering how much money we spent on these tickets. It's very disappointing because our bike tour in Versailles the day before was wonderful, and I was hopeful this would be another great experience. Given this situation, with tickets costing £14 and audioguides at £6, I’m requesting a full refund. I definitely advise people to avoid booking this tour and to handle everything themselves, arriving at least an hour early. You’ll save time and money!

Excellent guide and tour

Our guide was fantastic. Very easy entry and a great tour of the museum, highlighting some of the most important works. After the tour ended, there was plenty of time to wander through the museum.

Extremely organized, extremely professional, and an excellent time. This tour is a must do. Our train guide Mano was helpful, patient and caring as he helped us to and from the train. Our Versailles guide Orane was incredible, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience a treat. Do not think twice, book this tour. Sure, if you know how to use the train you don’t need that part (thought it was helpful information we didn’t know on paper tickets vs cards and how to read the train signs at the station), but the guided portion with Orane was a must do. Merci Orane!!!!!

What a great tour. We loved seeing all of the side roads, the small streets and the other side of Paris that you normally do not see. It was worth every penny and we had the best guides.
