We would have floundered had we had to choose which of the amazing works of art and to find them efficiently. Our guide gave informative, clear, concise mini-lectures with enthusiasm and humor! Our group included an 8-10 year old child and Perrine went out of her way to make sure she was understanding and felt included. We recommend her heartily for people of all ages!!

Top of the tower!
Davis was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and kind. We got top of the tower access which is not available to every tour company. Highly recommend.

Failure to warn of a time change
I booked this months ago for 3 people, and had numerous confirmations, and tickets stating a 3:00 pm tour, with instructions to meet at a specific place at 2:45. We were there, and kept asking other guides if they were our guide. At 2:24, someone phoned me to tell me we were late and they could no longer wait for us. I did not get the call until after we arrived. I returned the call and was told the tour was at 2:30, not 3:00, and were to be at the meeting place at 2:15, not 2:45. I told them that I had no warning the time had changed, including the reminder text that morning stating meet at 2:45 for a 3:00 tour! Why wasn’t I told of the time change? I want a full refund. Very disappointed by this first Viator experience. We have several more Viator bookings in Paris, and I hope they are better managed.

Lovely visit!
Loved our tour of the Palace of Versaille and the gardens. Our tour guide Marie was very knowledgeable. The half day tour was perfect for us. We walked to town after and found a good lunch spot and then headed to train back to Paris.

Very interesting. I felt that it rewards the money that I sent. Very analytic the presence of all things we saw. I think I will participate another time again in my next travel.

Gorgeous museum. Our guide Mar was so knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to be with someone who was able to share not only information about the art, but many background stories as well. She was lively and made the tour extremely interesting.

A competent guide on a busy day
Having a guide was very helpful in navigating crowds at check in and through the tour areas. She was enthusiastic and presented interesting information even during waiting periods. She exuded a genuine love of the area and offered much about it's history.
