The guide was 30 minutes late and we waited in the cold as we tried calling and texting the company. They were very responsive and even sent a replacement, but the original guide showed up. She was happy, nice, knowledgeable and engaged with us rather than just running through script. Things happen so I think the group wasn't bothered much by the late start. I get the sense that Memories is a great tour company who hires authentic, knowledgeable people and I'll look them up first next time I need a tour of something in Paris!
