Karen was very knowledgeable and made the tour quite fun. We also had the chance see other landmarks in the ile de cite area. Not sure if I spelled that right :-)

It would have been far more convenient to meet at a more central spot in Paris. And it would have been nice to be at the palace when they opened. Our entry time was scheduled for 10:10. There was a delay of at least 20 minutes. By then the palace was already packed and we couldn’t fit in a bathroom break before the tour started because of the lines. We only visited a small portion of the palace. I was aware that the fountains were not operating until April 1st but, I was disappointed that the gardens did not have any flowers planted.

Tour was good, Matthew was great! Only downside was we weren’t able to start seeing anything until an hour after the tour started.

Our tour guide, Julie, was wonderful. She gave us interesting information about the background of the Louvre. She gave just the perfect amount of information and conveyed it in an interesting way with great stories.

Our guide, Marion, was great! She was very knowledgeable and gave a terrific tour. Skipping the line was awesome! The meet up spot was convenient. The audio support was very helpful.
