We loved this tour! We did a 5 hour tour and we had a baby and a 5 year old and it was very kid friendly. The food was yummy and the equipment was all clean and I’m great condition. The staff was really what made it great. Would recommend this morning tour for families.

We loved our tour to Molokini and Turtle beach. The crew were amazing!!! We went with two small boys and they were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. The food they provided was wonderful and the slide was so much fun. Our oldest must have done it a dozen times. We would 100% do this tour again.

We had a great time on our snorkeling trip with Maui Snorkeling! The crew was wonderful and we really enjoyed our day. We saw lots of beautiful fish including my favorite parrot fish. It was a great value for the money spent and I would absolutely go with them again.

My wife and I booked the 5 hour snorkeling tour during our stay on Maui. The crew was fantastic, and we had a great time - highly recommend to anyone that is considering it.

Brought my mom and kids and everything was perfect! Friendly, helpful staff. Everyone had a blast snorkeling and we were treated to a group of dolphins playing in the water! So fun!

It was explicitly stated that if there was a chance that the slide wouldn't be deployed, we'd have the option to rebook. That was not provided. We only booked this boat because of the slide. My teens have no interest in snorkeling. And if snorkeling was the goal we would have gone out with a much smaller outfit. Crew was great.

On a scale of 1-5, 1 being a total disappointment and 5 being way above expectations, we’d have to rate this experience a 3, satisfactory. We enjoyed ourselves but it wasn’t the experience we hoped for. The first half of the tour (Molikini, due to crew mistakes) was a let down but the latter half (coral gardens, no mishaps with great sea life) really made up the difference. Details: With an already delayed departure (likely waiting for wind reports from vessels already moored), we arrived to Molokini and the crew began mooring the vessel. Several mistakes by the crew led to a near collision with another boat and us getting the mooring line wrapped around the propeller and dead in the water while the crew scrambled to cut the line. The crew eventually got the line cut and pushed away from other vessels to avoid any mishaps. All of this led to our vessel being forced much further out from the shore (definitely a penalty box) where we had extremely limited visibility on sea life (we only saw one or two species of fish far below) aside from those with the SNUBA group. We understand that accidents happen and not all tours are perfect, but we would have appreciated an explanation on what happened after our vessel was secure. Rather the crew opted not to admit to their mistakes and ignored the incident all together. If they had owned up, we’d have understood. The latter half of the tour at coral gardens was excellent! Aside from high winds on the way, the water was mostly calm and extremely clear and filled with lots of colorful sea life. And we were the only group in the area, that was a nice bonus. Food: Breakfast (muffins, fruits, bagels) and lunch (sandwiches and pasta salad) was nice. The crew made meal service easier by delivering food to patrons rather than a large crowd at the counter. Vessel Comfort: The number of passengers severely limited seating space. We were one of the last groups to board (and we were early) and had to separate and stand due to limited seating. Recommendation: If I could do this tour over again, I would definitely SNUBA. These guests had premiere access to wild life and an excellent guide that went out of her way to ensure her clients enjoyed themselves, at times at the expense of the other passengers just snorkeling.

The snorkeling was great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We got sandwiches, pasta salad, and cookies, which were all delicious. My only tiny complaint was that a slide was advertised, but was not set up, and I'm not sure why. But everything else was great and we had a great time snorkeling! Would definitely recommend if you want to see a cool coral reef and lots of tropical fish.

What an outstanding trip! My teenager and I had been looking forward to this for quite a while and we both found our expectations well met. The crew were super kind and helpful. The boat was extremely clean and the snorkeling equipment was perfect; I used the optical goggles and they worked great; super stoked they had them! We highly recommend this company and strongly encourage everyone to give it a try. The value was excellent, the snorkeling spots were gorgeous and we even managed to see some turtles. Big Mahalo nui loa to the crew 🤙

When picking a snorkeling tour, I asked my teenage sons for input and they picked this one because we got to snorkel in the Molokini Crater (something that was to be the highlight of the trip), see turtles at turtle town AND there was a fun slide! They could not WAIT. BUT, we didn't get to go to the crater, we didn't get to go to turtle town, AND they chose not to inflate the slide because the pump was broken. My sons and I were SO DISAPPOINTED. They told us this before we left and offered the chance to get off the boat and be refunded BUT of course, we'd have NO OTHER options to go out on a snorkel tour because all tours were booked up far in advance. Plus, we'd already gotten up at 5:45am to make it there by 6:30. And we'd already been waiting to depart for another 45 minutes after that.... So we felt very trapped and very much like we did NOT get what we were told. For the price we paid, I think someone could have at least gone and picked up a pump for the slide. It was really frustrating. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. For another $80 two of us got wet suits and did the snooba (probably should have been reduced pricing since we didn't get to do any of the other activities marketed) and the snooba instructor was really helpful and patient/kind. This, at least, helped one son have a good experience. The sandwiches we had for lunch were really good. With the exception of seeing the beautiful coral and trying snooba, we had better snorkeling (saw more fish/turtles) on our own a few days later at black rock. I thought it was VERY expensive for what we ended up getting - felt like a bait and switch. I would be hesitant to book this tour again.
