El museo me parece bien aunque debería tener más personajes o imagino que los rotaran por temporadas, el área de la entrada y la salida deberían de tenerle mantenimiento esta muy sucio y mal olor

This was our first time at this location. We were told we had to go see the museum. So we did. We were definitely pleased with our experience. We were able to snap plenty of good photos. Our 4yo loved the experience. Super fun.

¡Nos encantó Madame Tussauds! Una experiencia súper divertida y sorprendente desde el principio hasta el final. Las figuras de cera están muy logradas, y poder sacarte fotos con tantos personajes famosos es genial. Hay secciones para todos los gustos: cine, música, superhéroes, cultura pop… ¡y hasta la Casa Blanca! Todo está muy bien ambientado, con espacios interactivos y detalles cuidados. Ideal para ir con amigos, en familia o en pareja. Nos reímos, disfrutamos y salimos con un montón de fotos. Totalmente recomendable

Fun place to visit. I took a lot of pictures throughout on my own. There are models of superheroes, movie actors, singers, and sports players. It was a long passage of models, so you definitely get your money's worth. I just wish there was more to it. It's a tunnel of a lot of models, but it would be nice to see more, or maybe get a deeper history lesson on the particular models. Still a fun place to stop if you get the chance. I got in for free with my teacher's Merlin pass, so look at your options before you pay the full price. Kids will enjoy coming here and seeing the models.

If you have never been, you should add it to your list. It is one of the few times you can get pictures with celebrities that look pretty amazing. It is unbelievable how real they look.

Having visited Madame Tussauds in Orlando before, I wasn't particularly thrilled about going to the Hollywood location, expecting a very similar experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised – the Hollywood version proved to be even better! This location felt like it had significantly more figures than the Orlando one, offering a wider array of celebrities and iconic scenes to explore. One of the highlights for my wife and me was getting our hands waxed together, which turned out beautifully and is a fantastic souvenir. Adding to the unique experience, the Hollywood location boasts a charming rooftop restaurant, a really cute touch that sets it apart. We initially went with the intent of just killing time, but it turned into a truly wonderful and enjoyable experience. If you're in Hollywood, I highly recommend checking it out, even if you've been to another Madame Tussauds before!

Not worth the money at all!!! Paid the extra for a 7-D experience that when I asked the staff they didnt know where it was, seated waiting for the 4-D and they missed us after giving stale popcorn we paid for. When we asked about where things were or why we paid extra for things we didnt get, the staff member on the elevator said "because you want to waste your money!" Unacceptable experience and would never return. I'd think twice about spending the money for this place that the employees even think is a waste.

Tickets are $5 more per person when purchased at the location instead of online ahead of time. Wax figures are freaky because they are so realistic! Of course the closer you get the more you realize they're fake but from afar they look legit. Its nice that you can touch them (mildly of course), so you don't have to worry about missing a good photo opportunity because you have to stay away from them. 4D show was well suited for kids, but not worth it for parties with no kids. Also our chairs didn't work in the theater (2 of us) so we didn't even get the 4D effect, it was really just 3D. All in all a great place to cross off your bucket list, but not necessarily something I would do more than once in a lifetime.
