Madame Tussauds is awesome! I went with my mom, daughter, and uncle. We all had an amazing time. We arrived about 11am on a Thursday and there was no wait. We purchased our tickets inside at the kiosk and was on our way. The wax figures look so lifelike. We were able to pose and take pics with the wax figures which was so fun. Just plan to be there for at least a couple of hours because there is so much to see and do. I definitely recommend checking it out.

I just visited Madame Tussauds in NYC and I'm still blown away! The wax figures are SO real, it's like you're standing face-to-face with your favorite celebrities! From Hollywood stars to music icons, sports legends, and even historical figures, the attention to detail is incredible. The experience was truly unforgettable, and I loved taking photos with the lifelike figures. If you're a fan of entertainment, history, or just want a fun and unique experience, Madame Tussauds NYC is a must-visit! 5/5 stars!"

We took our grandkids to Madame Tussauds NYC and had an absolute blast! It was such a fun experience for all ages — from the kids to the grandparents. The wax figures were incredibly lifelike, and we loved posing for photos with celebrities, superheroes, and historical icons. My grandson was on crutches with a cast on his foot, and the staff was fantastic. They made sure we had access to the elevator so he could comfortably get to all the different floors without missing a thing. We really appreciated how accommodating and helpful everyone was. There were tons of interactive exhibits and themed areas that kept us entertained the entire time. It was a highlight of our NYC trip and a great way to spend a few hours indoors. Highly recommend for families — especially if you’re traveling with kids or anyone with mobility issues this is a must see!

I booked in advance for 2pm on a Friday, and arrived at 1:55pm. There was no wait and no line. The picture upon entry is a nice touch. I was a little disappointed that the wax figures were not true to size but most accurately depict the intended person. While there was a wait to take pictures, we didn't really want to take too many with the figures. We go again.
