Unique fun attraction with plenty of activities to keep you and a child entertained. We made wax hands with the help of employee Michael. He was very patient and personable. Definitely would recommend when visiting New York.

Really good museum, there is a lot of celebrity made in wax. The museum takes around 1h-2h, so the $50 id pretty good.

This place did not disappoint! The museum even takes your picture, so be prepared to look sharp. This is the only place in Vegas where you can get way too close to a celebrity without risking a restraining order. The Hangover experience was definitely the highlight of my visit! A must-do when visiting Vegas—don’t miss it!

I purchased tickets in advance for December 3rd for what was supposed to be a fun visit, only to arrive and find out we couldn’t get in because there was a special event taking place. At no point did the website mention that an event was scheduled for that day, and the posted hours clearly stated they would be open until 8 PM. We planned our day around this visit, only to be turned away at the door. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff on duty. They were unprofessional, dismissive, and made it very clear that it “wasn’t their problem” because they don’t manage online ticket sales. No apology, no solution, no effort to help—just a complete lack of customer service. If you’re considering visiting, be warned: buying tickets in advance apparently guarantees nothing, and you may end up wasting your time and money. Very disappointing from a place that should prioritize guest experience.
