This place is AWESOMEEE! I decided to visit while in NY, we had a jolly time seeing our fav celebs & taking pics. I was in LOVEEE when I finally saw the infamous Romeo Santos wax figure. Pleaseeeeee add more Latin artists 😍

I came here with friends and just the first interaction with a staff member (Jimmy) started the experience off great! He was energetic, knowledgeable, and professional. I really came on here to write the review about him because our experience with him was amazing! Keep it up Jimmy you are a breath of fresh air in this city!

Wir waren schonmal 2019 hier. Seit dem hat sich vieles verändert. Madame Tussauds bietet eine gute Möglichkeit der Kälte für einige Zeit zu entfliehen. Auch bei Regen kann man hier einige Zeit verbringen. Wir waren ca. 2 Stunden beschäftigt. Man kann hier auch Snacken und etwas zu Trinken kaufen. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und auf mehreren Etagen vorhanden. Allerdings finden wir die Preise etwas zu hoch. Wir haben mit zwei Getränken und Eintritt ca. 150$ ausgegeben. Macht ca. 75$ p.P. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug.

Amazing Experience.Would visit again in the spring so I do not have to lug around my winter gear.I recommend a visit in spring summet or fall although wintet has its magical moments too❤A lot of walking but worth it.

Una experiencia distinta y divertida. Está buena la idea de ver a las celebridades en tamaño real y darte una idea de cómo son en verdad. Algunas figuras están súper logradas y otras no tanto, pero en general se disfruta y salen buenas fotos. Un plan entretenido para hacer en Nueva York, especialmente si te gustan este tipo de atracciones. Precios acordes.
