We fed some kangaroos and wallabies and really enjoyed that. We loved seeing the koalas and our friend did the picture encounter and got to pet the koala too! Some of the other exhibits were a bit small. I’d like more reptiles and birds! We took the river cruise here as a one way and ordered an uber back

I went here the other week with my girlfriend and it was a nice place to spend a few hours. There was a good variety of australian animals and the showcases were interesting. The only complaint I had potentially was audio distortion during one of the shows. However, this didn't continue at any of the others throughout the day. Overall, worth the money and if you're local to the area definitely a location worthy of an annual pass.

Amazing !! Visited this place for the first time via friends’ recommendation. First thought there only koalas & roos, turned out, there’re more than just roos & koalas: birds (cockatiel, kookaburra, swen, eagle (Talon), emu, casawory), koalas, roos, wallabies, dingoes, tasmanian devils, ruffot buttongs, echidnas, wombats, crocodiles, reptiles & snakes & bugs, barn animal, etc. Except for casawory & ruffot buttongs, other can be seen and recorded. Aside from most animals that are locked behind the cage, wallabies and juvenile roos are allowed to touch in the roos & wallabies field. They’re pretty chill, petting them feels like petting a dog. There’s an area behind the sheep dog show, which I believed to be new and recently allowed to visit, it has more wombats (common & Northern hairy-nosed), echidnas, the tasmanian devil from no.4 cage also moved here, tree-kangaroo (only 1 individual, which you can see on top of a tree in 1 video), and rodents-lookalike (sadly, I haven’t seen the ruffot buttongs & the other one, only able to catch one of the trio in the video below). Haven’t tried the food canteen here so no idea about the price and how it tasted. Gift shop pretty much cheaper than I expected, bought a Long Pine Koala Sanctuary keychain here (to prove that I’ve visited this place) for A$10.

Many cute animals but a bit boring here. Shouldn’t have bought an annual ticket 😢. Some animals look like they need freedom

A great experience with Australian wildlife, especially koalas and kangaroos. Highly recommended to book the separate koalas experience as well. We went as a couple, but it would be a perfect place to spend a half day or more with kids. The website could be improved to more clearly present all the options available.
