I booked 2 adult tickets directly through the official Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary website for Sunday, 27 July 2025 (Order #93481964) and paid $118. Due to a scheduling conflict, I couldn’t attend and immediately emailed to request a refund. I emailed multiple times—no response. No phone assistance, no cancellation option on their website, and no proper refund policy visible. Extremely disappointing for an official site. Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a refund when a service isn’t used and no fair cancellation process is offered. I feel ignored and left with no choice but to warn others not to book through the official site. If anyone else has gone through this or managed to get a refund, please comment or share how. This experience does not reflect the values of a trusted tourist destination.

Is this the worst zoo ever?
People say that it’s the worst zoo ever. This is my favourite zoo but really bad at handling animals. No one loves lone pine. This is not the worst zoo but people keep saying it is. This zoo is ethical and ZAA approved. I go there often
