(Translated by Google) I mainly went there for these two celebrities: the koala and the red kangaroo. The overall environment of the park is quite comfortable. If you're using the bus, be aware that there's only one bus per hour, so plan your entry and exit times carefully. (Original) 主要為了這兩位明星而去。無尾熊與紅袋鼠。園區整體環境算是舒服,如果以公車為交通工具,因一小時只有一班車,要規劃好進出園區的時間。

Is a fantastic place to visit, you can be with the Kanguru and give them a special food. if you pay a little more you can touch the koala for some minutes and take pretty nice pictures. The sanctuary space is beautiful with a very good structure, with birds, crocodile and more.

Disappointed with my visit. No maps available for visitors, not even 'you are here' boards around the park. They have a poor interactive map on their website and free wifi, but not everyone has a smartphone. Plenty of koalas about in the main area, and some sleepy kangaroo in the main field, but the wombats, ecinada and tasmanian devils were no where to be seen. Probably keeping our of the sun. But if they have paths going to the enclosures, they should at least have sheltered areas for the animals where you can see them. Why advertise them if you are unlikely to seen them.

Pay attention to the tickets that can be bought on the official website for koala moments because they are an extra and necessarily combined with the entrance ticket of 59 dollars that then arrived on site you have to pay. Actually it says so but in other places it doesn't let you continue with the purchase and therefore everything is clearer. Regardless of this, the meeting lasts 3 minutes including bad picture and you can only touch it far away.

There is room for improvement.

Although I like the opportunity to see Australian animals, the Lone Pine Sanctuary seems a little more expensive to me. Some areas were overcrowded, making it difficult to see the animals properly. The queues for koala photos are long, and some activities seem to be limited in time. The Wi-Fi and coffee facilities were good.

Easy to reach using private or public transport from the QBD. The venue hosts different species not just koalas but also Kangaroos, crocodiles, reptiles, birds. For the welfare of animals koalas cannot be hugged but guests can pay more to see them closer and cuddle them with the supervision of staff. Everybody working seemed professional and committed to preserve the welfare of the animals. A bit pricy, but considering what you get it is still worth a visit.
