This is a sweet little animal centre with plenty of koalas to see and roaming kangaroos. I really liked the platypus and the staff were super friendly and helpful when I had questions. Unfortunately for $60 it really did not seem worth the price. It is a very small park and only took about 2 hours to see the whole thing, so it really didnt feel like value for money. Otherwise though it was a lovely place!

Small sanctuary and expensive for what’s available. Many enclosures were empty or overgrown. Crocodile show was talk-only and the bird show was very average with just three birds. We’d recommend visiting another sanctuary — similar prices but much more to see and do.

We arrived at the sanctuary by taxi. It took us 22 minutes from our hotel. The sanctuary animals were mostly sleeping. You could take pictures with the koalas for an additional fee. Kangaroo food was also available to feed the roos. It just took us a couple of hours to check everything out.

It's a real shame... The zoo is large, but there are many empty cages in the farm area, particularly those for marsupials and snakes. I'm disappointed given the high ticket price for the whole family. I reported the issue to the zoo, who were understanding but offered no compensation.

A unique experience interacting with some of Australia's famous animals. Also, great shows. More than we expected.

It was a truly wonderful experience and a very special moment to be able to get so close to the koalas and even pat them.
