Really nice wildlife sanctuary. We also did a reptile talk which was ok and a platypus feed which was excellent. The guide for both was Nadia who was both informative and enthusiastic.

Brilliant Koala and animal sanctuary
Brilliant experience. Animals well cared for. Keepers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Places to get food, drink and souvenirs. We had a 15-min up-close visit with a koala where we were able to pet the koala and get lots of photos with him. We were also able to get close to the kangaroos, feed and pet them. Great experience and the money goes back into the sanctuary for research and caring for the animals. Well-worth going to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary!

Pet a Kangaroo!!!
Great day !!!!! Can be hot- but you get to meet & pet so many kangaroos and see so many koala. Small and walkable . 12/10 recommendations!

Awesome seeing the kangaroos up close. The koala picture you pay to get should be set up with a better back drop instead of looking onto the walk way with lots of people in the background. Overall a good place to visit.

The koalas are in tiny enclosures on "trees" barely a meter high. After visiting the koala hospital in Port Macquarie, the difference is more than obvious. If you truly love animals, don't spend a single penny here. I bitterly regret my visit, and this is not what I expect from a sanctuary. (Original) Je pensais découvrir un sanctuaire créé pour les animaux et leur bien être mais en réalité il s’agit d’un zoo POUR les humains, les koalas sont dans de minuscules box sur des « arbres » d’un mètre à peine. Après avoir visité l’hôpital pour koala de Port Macquarie la différence est plus que flagrante. Si vous aimez vraiment les animaux ne mettez pas un seul centime ici, je regrette amèrement ma visite et ce n’est pas ce que j’attend d’un sanctuaire.

Better than we even anticipated!
The Lone Pine sanctuary was so much more than we expected! I had hoped to see a couple of koalas and they had more than 75 in a natural habitat that you were easily able to see them and get great photographs. They had so many animals and we also enjoyed what appeared to be hundreds of kangaroos just roaming around and you could get up close and personal with them. With my dream of Singa koala, this facility more than met my expectations and we are thrilled to recommend it completely.
