We love it here. Highly recommend the annual pass. Far more cost effective and a great way to drop in a number of times during the year. It takes the pressure off trying to see everything in one day.

This was our second visit to the Koala Sanctuary and it was as awesome as last year. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. We needed a wheelchair for my mother and they were quick to get it organized, helpful in getting her settled and very caring. I recommend the Koala Sanctuary wholeheartedly, it's a must do in Brisbane.

We went there for one reason because it's advertised you can hold a koala however we get there and they say that you're not allowed to hold a koala it's an absolute joke they charge you and they charge you a lot and they claim an advertise that you can hold calls and then you pay that money you get there when you're not allowed to this place is a scam. I will definitely be appealing this charge on my credit card a complete waste of money. So many of these reviews have got to be fake and made up by the employees at the lone pines koala Sanctuary plain and simple because when we were there there were multiple people upset about this and said the exact same things I am saying on here

Bad customer service, in person they tell you one thing and online another. I do not recommend buying anything online because they do not give refunds, but if you buy in person they do. I would not go back, there are other bigger places with better service than this place.
