(Translated by Google) It was great to be able to feed and pet the kangaroos. Admission is expensive, so I recommend purchasing in advance to get a discount. (Original) 캥거루에게 직접 먹이를 주고 만질 수 있어 좋았어요. 입장료 가격이 있는 편이니 할인해서 미리 구매하는 걸 추천드립니다.

A magical experience and worth every moment. Staff was caring and helpful. The Free Raptor feeding was exciting and engaging. The Barking Owl was charming. The Peregrine Falcon was a clever and suspenseful performer. Platypus Behind the Scenes was informative and sacred. Would recommend this for its ethical commitment as well as its mission.

Would not recommend. Paid for a private tour and only got 5 mins with a koala who was sleeping and they didn’t provide time for photos when he awoke. But had no problem awakening him to move him back to a cage. Waste of time and money. All they care about is getting you in and out.

(Translated by Google) Check the activity schedule at the entrance so you don't miss anything. If you're a family and plan to visit at least twice a year, it's more economical to buy an annual pass. (Original) Посмотрите расписание активностей на входе. Чтобы не пропустить. Если вы семьей и планируете за год посетить 2 раза хотя бы, то выгоднее взять билет на год

My family visited in Dec 2024 on a once in a lifetime vacation. We did the VIP tour. Brendan was the most incredible guide!!!! He was very knowledgeable about all the animals and was very passionate about his work at the sanctuary and the well-being of each animal. He even knew ALL the names of the animals and could identify the koalas by their markings!!! We learned a tremendous amount, interacted with many of the animals, and had time to explore on our own. We had morning tea and lunch was included. Additionally, the guides took pictures of us with both their cameras and ours for a ton of memories to take home. We were given gifts at the end and even had pics with Santa and his elves. This experience was one I will cherish for the rest of my life! Loved every minute!!!

Loved seeing the Koalas.

What a great exposition of Australian native animals! It was great to see the ongoing restoration work and new exhibits. I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of sightings of the wombat and Tassie Devil in their new enclosures (not even sure if they were there).

(Translated by Google) A very beautiful park where you get the feeling that the animals are well cared for. A great place to visit if you want to get closer to animals than you would in the wild. (Original) Sehr schöner Park, bei dem man das Gefühl hat, dass sich gut um die Tiere gekümmert wird. Tolles Ausflugsziel, wenn man den Tieren etwas näher kommen möchte, als in der Natur
