It's great for the kids but they need a manager walking around the floor more often. Most of their employees seem to not care to do their work. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a person to show up for the VR that we paid extra money for. No "sorry sir" or "thanks for your patience." Just 2 employees slowly meander over talking to themselves the whole time and not caring. Some machines don't work, people don't respect each other's space, etc.

I was disappointed with the entire experience. It felt more like a museum visit than a true discovery experience. The price is too high for what is being offered.
