The store doesn't do insider points, they should have disclosed that before checking out. I didn't participate in the Discovery section. One staff member was so clueless and was having a bad day I assumed 🤷🏾♀️the other staff member was great though.

It's great for the kids but they need a manager walking around the floor more often. Most of their employees seem to not care to do their work. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a person to show up for the VR that we paid extra money for. No "sorry sir" or "thanks for your patience." Just 2 employees slowly meander over talking to themselves the whole time and not caring. Some machines don't work, people don't respect each other's space, etc.

I was disappointed with the entire experience. It felt more like a museum visit than a true discovery experience. The price is too high for what is being offered.

Not worth the money IMO. Adults that bring their children should be free. There isnt Anything there that an adult would go for by themselves! The amount of money I spent on adult cost could have been spent on other stuff in the shop.
