Professional Friendly staff. I called first and Vicki was very helpful. Her customer service convinced me to come in and make my first purchase with Legoland ! She is an asset to Legoland ! I love this store for giving me such a great experience! Peter checked me out efficiently. Thank you RidgeHill Legoland !

Our kids had a lot of fun here and it killed almost 3 hours, but I found as a parent that this place was a little bit expensive for what you get. All that matters in the end is that the kids enjoyed it and they keep asking to go back.

For the most part the kids loved it ,my youngest daughter got a little overwhelmed but that's ok it was a new place ,the cafe was a joke stopped for snacks for them. They make each item individually nothing prepped ahead of time it took 35 minutes for 3 already made pretzels that take 4 minutes per batch of 12 to warm lol. There's no reason to not have a pretzel warmer and hot dog roller setup ,work smarter not harder. The bathrooms were nice and clean and big which is a plus when u need to change a Special needs child's pull up

Overall experience was okay except the ride experience near the entrance. My daughter has autism and cannot sit still but we wanted for her to experience everything so we tried the ride. My daughter ended up standing for a few times and moving from the right side to my lap. After the ride, we were welcomed by scolding from the attendant stating it was a safety issue, etc. etc. etc. I understand the rules but the approach could have been kinder and with more compassion. As much as my daughter enjoyed it, we will not be back.

Legoland was fun, but I was very disappointed in him just the same because we paid for these really expensive ticket online that was supposed to allow you to get pictures and allow you to get a robot. If you did the little stamps which we did every one of them And they wouldn’t give us the robots after we paid for them or anything else. I was very, very disappointed in them. Wish I could go ahead and get them because that was one of the things my granddaughter really wanted

Disappointing experience. It's less Legoland and more Lego themed generic kids playground with some Legos. The worst part of it was the Cafe. For a kids place, they didn't have any proper food items on the menu. Drinks were out of stock and getting basic cheese pizza took almost 30 minutes, basically heated frozen Digornos pizza. Save your money, spend it elsewhere.

Overpriced romper room… meant for 10 and younger. Crowded, food is poor quality, worse than a public school cafeteria. VR is an extra cost, and Lego “ride” barely works. The staff is extremely apathetic as well.

A fun-filled spot for kids and families, offering interactive exhibits and creative play areas. The highlights include impressive Lego sculptures, a small indoor ride, and a 4D cinema experience. Younger children will love the build zones, while adults might appreciate the nostalgic Lego creations. However, it can get crowded on weekends, and the entry fee might feel steep for the size. The gift shop is well-stocked but pricey. Overall, it’s a delightful visit for Lego enthusiasts but may be best suited for younger audiences.

Great indoor activity for the kids. My boys had fun, but were disappointed with the 4d movie it wasn’t working. And one of the rides was not working either.

The exhibits are definitely worth the price of admission, however they’re nearly undone by the staff. To a single staff member, they are fully “checked out” and just disinterested. I totally get it, the place can be mayhem with shouting, running children, but at least show a pulse. On a couple occasions I needed to ask a question to find locations. In each instance I needed to wait patiently while the staff finished their own group conversations. No “how can I help”, no smile, just a raised eyebrow. The GM of this location ought to be ashamed.
