Prefer to go early when they open. Gets busy pretty quickly and it's not a particularly big space but still has a lot to do for the kids. Good location if the parents need to shop for things as it's within the mall itself. Food available for purchase or can get food outside at the food court.

Forest pursuit ride, Ninjago activity and a couple other features weren’t working. Many of the builds were dusty /dirty. The place was dirty, sticky and generally unkempt.

Our experience wasn't good. The only ride wasn't working and the movie was on 3D instead of 4D. The place is too small for the price. We won't come back.

There are lots of things to do here. The Lego assembly class with Noel was informative and fun. The 4D movie was entertaining for kids and adults alike. The Toronto Lego exhibit was very impressive, especially the Tim Horton's at Union Station. My sons loved the Lego race and crash interactive station. The Spiderman Lego display was excellent as my sons were very impressed with the level of detail and effort that went into constructing it.

This was better than we expected! I was also pleasantly surprised by how polite and friendly all of the staff were - not typical for those kinds of busy kids places! The Lego displays were incredible, especially the Philly setup. My son enjoyed how many of the displays were interactive and I enjoyed the little info cards about how many pieces and how long they took. This could be an overwhelming place for someone who isn’t able to build from scratch for some of the activities (like car racing)- as there aren’t clear instructions or the right pieces readily available (we weren’t able to build the animals the computers were instructing you to build in the one area because we couldn’t find the tiny pieces needed), but this wasn’t an issue for us since my son builds often enough to figure it out. The interactive ride and 4D movie was fun too! I do wish it was a little cheaper for multiple adults to come along with a child, so it was pricey for 2 adults and 1 child, but it was a lot of fun and could definitely spend longer than the 2ish hours we allotted for!

Took my 9 year old nephew, he had a blast. He found it initially underwhelming, I think because at the start it's more geared towards little kids and using your imagination to pretend something is happening (ie "melting" this liquid)...and some of the stuff's a little busted, but some of the facts and such were interesting and he enjoyed seeing how many Lego bricks he'd be with their scale! He said the ride where you shoot at stuff to rescue the proncess was "cheesy" but he was really into it while we were doing it. Seeing Toronto as Lego was cool but it wasn't really very engaging and again there were some parts that were not functional. I bought the little activity pack and found it hard to follow just because the overall chaos of the place there's no place to sort of get your bearings figure out how to navigate Legoland with the activity pack and also engage kids with it so we didn't really use it. And then we got all the stamps and we totally forgot to ask what the price was for getting them all done so that's too bad. My nephew's review of the car building ramp was that the ramp was really cool but there weren't enough wheels and he was getting frustrated by not finding the pieces he needed to build a better car. He really enjoyed climbing in the jungle gym and spent the most time in there. I went in with him a couple times and as a 5 ft 8 adult woman I found it easy enough to maneuver within but also bashed my head off something, so be careful! He said the VR was really cool but we both got a little sick feeling from it, as you do! It's not that long for $6 so it's really up to an individual person if it's "worth" it. He really liked the Merlin ride and pedalling fast to go higher! The 4D movie also got a review from him as "meh" (the plot) but he kept talking about how it was "so 3D" and how crazy all the stuff coming at you was, so do with that review as you wish lol. The food offerings are generous portions but I won't say 3 or 4 or 5 star quality, but what can you expect. It was reasonably priced and my nephew said it was the "3rd or 4th" best pizza he's ever had "but not as good as grandma's." We got the minifigures as well and we're able to trade them at the end which was super kind. All the staff were lovely and seemed really on top of everything. We ended the trip with some souvenir keychains from the gift store and bought a gift of Lego flowers for his mama. All in all was a great time, would recommended. We bought tickets in advance but I don't know that it matters because we got there early and they let us in. I paid for the tickets that included the figure and the VR - so $40 each plus the $8 activity pack and $20 for lunch (pizza, popcorn chicken and 2 drinks) it cost just over $100 for one adult and child (not I cluding transportation and souvenir costs) - and I think it was worth it! PS we sat with this guy at lunch and he was a hit!

I brought the 5 year old who loves Lego. I bought tickets a day before. The acoustics in the space are cocophonous and the general vibe is overwhelming. The ride, VR, and laser tag were geared to older kids. The playground area was fun. The build-a-car area was missing key pieces like matching wheels, which made it frustrating. The cafe had a good variety of kid- and adult-friendly options. (Suggestion: add grilled cheese sandwiches.) The staff was polite. Overall, $88 ($42pp, same price for adult and kid) is a lot to play with a big bucket of Lego blocks. Maybe we’ll try again in a few years.

We came here 4 years ago and it was prestine. Now it’s delapetated, and They’ve done no work to upkeep. Complete chaos, very dirty. Toilet stalls were all out of soap and toilet paper and it wasn’t even close to closing (we went at 3 pm, closing was at 6). None of the interactive features were working including the ride laser gun. I’d imagine just our tickets alone should’ve covered repair. Lego had a great idea and this place had potential, but considering how much there is to do for kids, for far cheaper, we do not recommend this place. I mean a lego store inside the mall across the street is a lot more of an “experience” and “interactive” than this place. Two stars because the staff is amazing and kind.
