Celebrated my son 8th birthday! It’s a little smaller than expected but overall we enjoyed our time, got to build legos and they even have a small ride for the kiddos!

It is better to buy tickets online and it is easy to go there. Many kids on evening better to visit in the morning. Has a small restaurant inside economic food.

A smaller selection than most LEGO stores; some interesting kid-size models they can play with and even sit on. Store felt a bit bare/ maybe undergoing a remodel when we were there (Jan/2025)

We brought our son and his bestie as an 8th birthday surprise trip from the London area. I bought tickets ahead of time online and we went on a weekday in the summer. I am glad we brought them when we did. The boys had a great time and really enjoyed it, but I can see it being too young for them soon. We were a bit surprised they didn't have more that was geared towards older kids/parents. Seems like a missed opportunity. I got the VR experience add on and the minifigs as well and they loved that, so worth the additional cost in my opinion. They did the VR thing twice (my husband and I gave them our tickets). If you don't purchase ahead, it costs $6 on site. At the end, in the Lego store, they tried to sell us the pick a brick boxes, but after some additional questions, we found out you can make your own custom minifig for significantly less than the pick a brick boxes. Both boys got those and picked out the head, hair, shirt, pants and accessories and they were very happy with those.

There are some local buildings made from Lego that are nice to look at. But as for "Discovering" we did not discover much. The different stations had no direction or definite purpose. All the interesting building pieces were missing. How do you build a car if the axels are missing? There are some wheels scattered all around... Not one single figure available to play either. Looks like they are afraid to allow the actual legos to be nice and worth it because people might take it with them. And the activity in the class is a 5 step 12 piece figure. Maybe this is intended for 2 year olds or people that have never played with Lego? As a long time Lego fan I personally did not find the correct value for what I paid, plus parking, plus driving there, etc...

We booked a start time but it was almost uncomfortably busy. The ride at the back was not working for most of our visit, so only 1 of my kids got to go. They don't accept the Lego rewards for purchases in the gift shop.
