I like this place because we can play together all family. We did have fun time. The place is inside of the mall so they have a lot parking and the space for handicap. The inside of Lego Discovery Center have a restaurant, bathroom and different station when you can rest or wait that the kid can play free and safe. The employees are so nice and respectful. Me gusta este lugar porque podemos jugar en familia. Nos divertimos mucho. Está dentro del centro comercial, así que tiene mucho estacionamiento y espacio para personas con discapacidad. Dentro del Lego Discovery Center hay un restaurante, baños y varias estaciones para descansar o esperar a que los niños jueguen libres y seguros. Los empleados son muy amables y respetuosos.

For all they charge, the kids can’t even take home the car they spent so much time effort to build. It’s just an expensive playground.

Went to the store and then told it was $28 per person to go into the discovery part!! Apparently it’s 2 small rides and a movie, plus an area where kids can play with Lego. So I spent the money on actual Lego for the kids!!

The Lego Group should be embarrassed by their Discovery Center in Schaumburg IL, USA. Pretty disgusting and poorly managed. Daily quality and cleanliness is not a priority.

Not worth it. Believe us reviewers please! The coolest thing is the giraffe outside the entrance. It is made mostly of LEGO. Just drive past, look at the giraffe, and you’ll be out zero money and minimal time wasted. We added the robotics package to our tickets only to get there and have to be stopped to do a refund. They don’t have the equipment for the robotics thing or some nonsense. Said they have a Starbucks. They do but, the coffee wasn’t worth the price. Didn’t hold up to my expectations of Starbucks. And, it had nothing to do with the limited menu. It has more to do with the fact that we had to wait about 10 minutes for two basic coffees. There was no one else in line before OR after us. We ordered two of the same drink. Unfortunate. Expected more out of a billion dollar corporate company.

Horrible customer service My son got a Lego gift card. Went to this store, he picked out 2 sets. Cashier refused to take the gift card. I asked for a manager. Manager's excuse was, 'we don't sell them, so we don't take them.' You are a Lego store, and you won't take a Lego gift card? We won't be back.
