There was a very large field trip in the same time slot that we purchased tickets for. Other play places give you the option of not buying tickets but we had purchased almost $150 on tickets and our visit was not pleasent. You should be told so you can make an informed decision.

The actual Legoland experience was fun for the kids but bad customer service will get you every time. Once we left legoland and exited into the store, my kiddos (4 of them) each picked out a lego set to purchase. My youngest got a set that was too big for the small bag and I guess too small for the bigger bag (I was told they ran out of the bags that his would fit in). When I asked for the bigger bag for his item since we were still walking around the mall, I was told the bag was for people who purchased the $300 set legos (it was just the big paper bag). At this point, between tickets for 4 kids (full experience) and 4 adults, plus the Lego building sets, I was WAY over that price. The young guy had the worst attitude with me and did not want to give me the bag that would accommodate my son's item. Even when I said thank you as I left the store, he rolled his eyes, did not say anything to me, and proceeded to talk about me to another co-worker. Very disappointed with the customer service!! It makes no sense I had to even ask more than once for something so simple.

This is a review for the Lego store not the Legoland. Pretty bad experience with a male employee. Dude had the I don't care if I get fired attitude, and honestly, dude talked to everyone in an annoyed tone, not just to me. I went to the Minifigure factory, and I felt like the guy was rushing me. Overall a bad experience and the place looks understaffed.

I am beyond frustrated and anxious with the 0 customer service being given for the fact that I am paying over $900 for my son’s birthday party for, sadly, ONE hour at your facility. I’ve been emailing and calling to inquire the details of the party, to order extra food from the cafe (out of pocket) etc. I sent 5 emails at this point. No single response. Called 8 times being referred to different phone numbers finally got a hold of a person. Got some details. Sent back my final order and guest list etc. asked for confirmation of receipt of everything. No email response. Called all afternoon. No answer. The party is in less than 2 days. I am a loyal customer I bought annual passes for your facility I don’t think I deserve this kind of non sense. You have serious event planning and management problem in your organization.
