Should be more interactive. Reduce the cost of admission. (The experience doesn't justify the cost.)

The complete place needs an update, upgrade and to be modernized. Starting from the music, they need to play better vives. I stepped in and my mood went down . It was dark, sad and boring. There are thousands of mini Legos and it is hard to find the pieces you need to build a project and that is boring and a waste of time. You can dig 39 min into the pieces and you won't find what you need. Your kids can do better at home , for sure! The playground doesn't have anything good and kids can have more fun playing at a public park 🙄 We paid $120 Mom ,Daddy, and a 4 y.o. . It would have being okay for $10 each. Seriously it was boring!! Driving 1 hour to get there and paying $120 for 3 tickets 🎟 was not a good business 😎 There is no reason to comeback. The complete place looks tired 😫

Had a great time with my six year old. All rides were up and functioning. Staff was super friendly.

Brought my 5yo daughter and her 6yo best friend. They had an absolute blast! Every area had Legos to play with. Incredible builds. The rides were kid-friendly and fun. There were movies. The only thing missing was the popcorn. And at the end there was an opportunity to go upstairs and play in the play place. With a large playset and Legos at different stations, It was a blast. The cafe had many different options including snacks and drinks. We bought the tickets for the Peppa Pig exhibit and plan on going back next week. Definitely an incredible experience.

We had a disappointing experience at the Chicago LEGOLAND Discovery Center. We came specifically for the Build the Thrill Event because my son is a LEGO car enthusiast. We spent about an hour looking for the correct pieces (there were essentially no axels or spacers) and barely got a car put together. When we put it down the track it broke apart immediately. The thing that bothered me the most is NO staff were present or walked by at any point for us to request more parts. Per the description: Get hands-on with LEGO® bricks to create a minifigure driver and build an ultimate race car, before putting them through their paces! Will you take pole position? <— We did not see any mini figures to build a driver. Again, per description: Our Master Model Builders and Playmakers will be on hand with top tips and trackside inspiration, as you drive wheel to wheel with other guests. Complete all the challenges and celebrate your racing action… Will you take pole position? <— We did not have any staff present at the “event” to help us let alone provide inspiration. Other than the event being a huge let down, the facilities were not clean. Even the iPad I used to write a review upon leaving the center was filthy. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Which is such a shame because we are local and my son loves LEGOs. I will give it three starts for the cool builds on display. The Chicago scene was incredible!

The Legoland experience was what you’d expect. The kids had a blast… but if you’re not going to allow people to bring food, you guys should take care of your customers a little better. I ordered a personal pizza for my daughter. I saw my entire party get their food before me. Nonissue, I calmly went to the cashier and explained that I hadn’t gotten my food or a buzzer to know when it was ready. I was told there was only one cook and be was about to make it. An additional 15 minutes passed and I was told that the cook was putting in the box 10 more minutes passed and still no. Ive now been waiting over 30 minutes for a PERSONAL pizza. When I brought my concern up to tour superiors, I was then told it takes 5 minutes to make the pizza.. so now my family is annoyed and hungry and you’ve confirmed that I waited over 30 minutes for a 5 minute dish and then had the nerve to be aggravated with me?!

The kids had a blast...we visited Peppa Pig, Sea Life and Legoland all in the same day...they were overwhelmed, over stimulated and over slept this morning. Yes, a time was had with the kiddos.
