It is a poor business practice for a kids/family store to be closed by 6pm on a Saturday

The kids had fun but we're disappointed at the little entertainment they had. The areas to build your own legos hardly had legos to build with. It's more of an expensive indoor city park, that you go sit and let the kids play on the gym (looks similar to the one at mc donalds). I'm glad I spent the money for us to experience and say we have gone but I would not spend that kind of money on going again

We moved to Texas from Southern California, and my 7 year-old son was in absolute tears, because he was used to Legoland in San Diego and I guess was expecting somewhat the same experience. This place is nothing more than a Lego-themed mall play area with a couple of mediocre rides. It does have building experiences, which he somewhat liked. Cafe reminded me of an understocked 7-11 with a Starbunks drink menu. Ended there. Disappointing. Good thing the kids of Texas think this place is "amazing " because they never experienced the real deal. Parents: save your pennies to take your kids to the one in San Diego...now that's a theme park!!! The Legi hotel rooms will wow you as well.

My granddaughter had a wonderful time at the center, she ran around to all the different activities and never stopped smiling. I am handicapped and used a wheelchair. my only compliant is that I had difficulty opening the bathroom door. they need to adjust the mechanism that closes the door so it open easier .

My kids (and even I) had such a blast at LEGOland! There was plenty to do to keep my kids entertained and happy. The staff was very patient and kind. We did encounter a few issues but they were easily resolved. The first small one was that I had paid to use a souvenir penny machine (I didn't read the payment instructions before paying with my card and didn't realize until after that I was charged for all 4 pennies and not just one, absolutely my fault) but did not receive any of the pennies. I quickly let an employee know and they were happy to help, providing me with the correct number to call for a refund. The second issue was that after waiting in line for one of the rides for 30 minutes and finally making it to the front, the ride was shut down due to a petal falling off and needing repair. We were disappointed but moved on to the other available ride. After that ride and playing for a bit, we heard that the first ride was soon opening back up and we quickly got in line to be some of the first there. After a couple of minutes of them testing the ride, it was opened back up and we were able to go on. At that point the crowd had cleared out a lot and we were even able to get back in the short line and ride again. Overall, it was such a fun experience and I definitely recommend going!

Bad experience at Boston location . I have been in Berlin lego land and its way better and bigger than this location. Very minimal options to explore

Adult night was my boyfriend's birthday present and we both very much enjoyed it! It was themed Casino Night and we were given tickets to use for games, also saw a 4D movie and definitely had a go at the Ninjago play maze. There was also a silent auction and a raffle to amp up the fun! Would definitely go again :)

this review is for the overpriced lego store. Went to purchase a gift for my sons birthday and saw some lego sets that cost almost as much as my first car. that being said purchased a 100 dollar lego battle bus pretty cool. Then they asked if I wanted a bag ... for 20 cents lol lol lol SMH considering not making that purchase a lady named Cammy said don't worry about it.. no charge. Cammy you made my day! and got me to write a positive review as opposed to 100 loss and no future business.
