Great place for kids lots of fun activities. But they should validate parking for more than 3 hours. 28 dollars for parking?! No thanks.

Just came to Chicago for a weekend visit. Saw your website, and took a cab to see legoland. When I got there Jamie, at the front desk, informed us we would not be allowed into the discovery center, since we had no child with us. Nice to maybe say that on the webpage...not buried in some policy page. Fair enough. I left without spending a dollar. Your call...I have over 70 lego sets, and refuse to spend a dime in this store.

Still had a good time, but this is a SMALL location and they didnāt let us do the discovery tour because we ādidnāt have kidsā.. that is sad as hell and can be triggering for people who are trying to have kids but having troubles or something. Drove hours to get there and the staff was incredibly rude and not friendly :/

We've had tremendous fun. Visited on a weekday over summer holidays - expect lots of kids in the AM hours but then it gradually gets calmer. Spent 4+ hours and were never bored between movies, workshops and creative activities, building and simply roaming around. The train ride is for younger kids. The center is clean with plenty of hand sanitizing stations, clean restrooms, free wifi and seating for parents. We didn't purchase food or drinks and consumed our snacks instead, but there is a "food court" with seating too. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. There are deals for tickets and it's possible to get coupons for future visits once you're in the center, so a visit may be more affordable than listed prices.

My wife and I were here with a group of family kids for a āCousins Camp.ā We had no idea just how excited and entertained they would be! They had a great time and could have easily spent more time there. To be honest, the kids actually ran out of steam before they ever got bored. I do want to make a special mention to the young man working the Rangers Ridge ride on Thursday, July 3rd, at around 12 to 1 PM. My daughter was just eligible to ride the ride and was super excited to. While she could operate the pedals, she didnāt quite understand the steering wheel. The kind ride attendant was willing to walk along side her vehicle and help her steer while she operated the pedals. He certainly didnāt need to do all that, but she definitely appreciated it; and so did her mom and I. It was very kind of him. All in all, it was a great day!
