Such a bad Lego Experience. 1st my husband and I are big Lego Fans so we wanted to go and check out this place since we were in Dallas. Went to the counter and the girl informed us to purchase tickets online due to them running a 4th of July special. So we step out of line and purchase the tickets. (Please keep in mind, when my husband and I went to the counter there was NO line so it was just us 2 standing there) After I purchased the tickets we got in line (which 1 had begun to form) when a new worker went to scan our tickets she asked where I child was, we didn't have a child with us so we were told we couldn't go in. Which I get but why weren't we told that before. So have a wait to get a refund we went into the store. What a joke. We had minifigs made and they had horrible heads and hair to pick from. When I asked if this was similar to building a minifig on line the worker informed me you can't build a minifig on Lego.com. little did she know we have build ours before.

This is a great place for kids. Keeps them busy for a while. Building Leggos , They have a small ride, a 4d movie. Many other places for them to play.

So much fun! We got to meet Alec the Master Model Builder and we spent several hours doing all of the different activities. This is fun for all ages. My 4 year old through my 17 year old all had fun!

Very mid level experience. Definitely not what you’d expect out of such a large company. Tickets should cost half of what they are. It I guess I should have expected that from a mall experience.

No notice online that 2 young adults cannot go in without a child under 18. They just tell you at the door that it’s not allowed. Huge lego fans just wanting to see the master builds and build a little to have some fun! So disappointed they don’t mention this online at all when you are pre purchasing only adult tickets.

Everybody loves legos, Lego even advertises that it’s fun for ALL AGES. My girlfriend and I wanted to do little building activities and wanted to see the master build of Dallas. But we were turned away at the door because we are in our twenties. The guy scanning tickets had a whole rehearsed speech prepared about how we couldn’t enter. Obviously this is a common issue. When we bought our two adult tickets online we were never warned that we would not be able to get in without a children’s ticket. Absolutely insane, there was NOTHING on the website saying we would not be able to enter an entire half of the store. At least we got a refund and I was able to buy a small set for my girlfriend. Absolutely insane and do not recommend going if you’re a Lego loving adult. Whatever happened to “fun for all ages”, disgraceful.

With a much traffic as this store sees and the fact that I've become a semi frequent visitor now since I work from union station and can walk over here on my lunch break. I'm disappointed my purchases do not contribute to my VIP point pool and I cannot spend those points here. But that all aside. The place is clean, well stocked, friendly staff despite theinsanity inducing, mind numbing music track on repeat overhead which is also playing upstairs in Legoland. That music track seriously needs to be switched up at least, i feel like it's the same few songs maybe on a reappear of 30 minutes or less? Spending a few hours in this location almost had me playing in traffic instead of taking the nice safe sky bridge back to work. Literally only have complaints about the music and the lack of VIP support have brought my opinion of the location down to the 2 star mark. (they do offer a 5% discount instead of the VIP at least but collecting those points had helped my keep my wife from wanting to murder me for my impromptu-better-to-ask-forgiveness-than-permission lego purchases 🤣.)
