I went in the other day looking for a gift for my little brother’s birthday. I walk in, and was rushed down by the employee working there whose way of greeting me was “why are you here?” Rude, but okay; I told him I was looking to get something for my little brother for his birthday, and his response was “Well I don’t see him here with you.” So right away I felt like dude was trying to kick me out, and I’d just walked through the doorway. I told him he likes video games, he points me to the minecraft isle, but lil bro doesn’t play minecraft, so i look around the shop some more. I couldn’t help but feel the employee eyeing me down like I was some sick criminal, so I left. You guys really need to work on your customer service skills.

There was a city of Chicago built out of LEGOS that was amazing! The rest was fine. I think it skews younger 3-4 year olds.

Should've been much better than it was in late July. Of course, it was hot outside, so very crowded here. Understaffed (by wonderful employees) such that ride lines were long b/c not enough workers to move them along quickly. Dangerously crowded in the climbing feature. Most of the 'intuitive games' (That is, not staffed games/audio) weren't working. The outdoor splashpad, which looks fabulous in promo materials, was a single stream of water shooting up, in a not-very-clean area; all else was off. The lego build areas had random legos, very little instruction and pieces not even fitting well. Just really disappointing for the price.

Underwhelming for my 7&8 year olds. We didn't spend a lot of time there. Was expecting more, especially for the price.

Nice for kids. Decently priced. Lot more fun and great value for money when compared with minecraft discovery

It's a great experience for kids who love legos and love to build. It was very busy when we came, but my eight year old loved it. We did the VR experience, which was short but fun. Kids are able to play in the indoor playground, build lego cars, and they sell starbucks coffee, which is awesome for the parents. Customer service was fantastic, and everyone was friendly and nice. It was an overall great experience, and there's hand sanitizer stations everywhere you turned.
