We expected to see more than just the one room with fully modeled exhibits. Our daughter is 10. A lot of the things were a bit “childish”. I guess we didn’t realize that the majority of it would be just playing with Legos, which we didn’t do because of the germs, honestly.

Bought the deluxe tickets online even though I didn’t use some of the perks while there. There is a child’s play area, Lego build stations, VR station, mini train, 4D movie, gift shop, slides, small food court, and Philly’s finest replicas , including Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. We were there a good 1.5-2 hrs. Very family friendly and the staff were great. I will go back again.

Went on a friday during summer. Very busy inside (30 min waits for rides), but no wait to get in, and we had already bought tickets the night before. You can bring whatever in (bags, water bottles, etc.) & my 9 & 5 yr olds both loved it!!

This place is a rip off. They advertise lower prices online and when you go to get the tix, they're then higher. They also have different tickets where you can bundle different things. I got the most expensive bundle that was advertised as "Most Recommended" and "Summer Sale." It cost $40 per ticket. The value is terrible. It includes a ticket, VR, a minifigure, and a digital photo pass. Let me go into what each of these are and why it's not worth it. The VR is an underwhelming seat that moves and vibrates as you wear a VR headset. It's only good for 1 ride. Even my 3 yr old wasn't impressed. The minifigure is a very tiny 1 inch little Lego person that probably costs about 12 cents to make. The photo pass I had no clue what to do with. I only saw one spot that took your photo and you scan the ticket on a machine and it's supposed to save your photos. When I got home to look at it, nothing. It said it's still processing and to call back after 48 hours if you can't get your pictures. Well I called them 2 days later, left a voicemail and no one got back to me. I forgot about it until 4 days later and called back. This time I spoke with someone and this woman could not have less helpful. She said it's with a 3rd party and hung up on me. Great customer service! I called back several times and no one is picking up. Save yourself some time and money and take the kids somewhere else. This place is a joke that costs twice as much as what it should be. I’d never take my kid here again.
