We spent $200 here as a family with two young kids, 3 and 5. The Lego center itself was great, but the staff there soured our experience so badly we will never go there or any one go there again. My kids spent so much time and effort crafting a little spaceship indoors. There wasn't a clear sign saying we weren't allowed to take it home with us, and at the door one of the staff members snatched it out of my 5 year old's hands and reprimanded him so badly that he burst into tears. What kind of experience is that for LEGO? What kind of treatment is that for a kid? If there was a misunderstanding or unclear policy they could have explained it in a nicer way, instead of treating my toddler in such a harsh manner. Totally soured our experience and we absolutely regret spending money here. Horrible, horrible. What a waste of money and experience.

Thought there would be more exclusive legos in the store. The mini Lego set ups were amazing but overall not the greatest experience.

It was alright, but nothing special. The Toronto theme was neat to see. The place showed nice ways of making Lego. The cafe wasn't overpriced. The store had a decent selection. We came on a kids camp day and found it too busy and chaotic. The rides were kind of lame. It's one of those places you go to once every 2-3 years, but if you're coming from far, realize that Toronto traffic will put you in a mood before you get there, and this isn't the best cure to make you forget those woes.

More supervision is required at the stations, especially where climbing and activity is available. Observed older children climbing on non- climbing apparatuses, mainly with camp/school groups. We forgot socks, so bought socks, but my grandson reported that there were children without socks on the activity. Food court took very long! At least 25 minutes.

Went on the weekend so it was pretty busy but $3.50 for a pretzel was cool to see. Great move having reasonably priced snacks.
