Need more frequent maintenance and cleaning, especially of the washrooms. Staff are often lounging and chatting rather than working.

I went there with a camo I was working in and I was honestly not too impressed. There were very limited things to do there and I don't think it's worth the price. I would only recommend it if your kid is a die hard lego fan and could play with lego for hours.

My 4.5yo loves this place. We learned how to build from a Master Builder, ride a couple kiddie rides, watched a short 4D movie, and climbed in a play structure. Perfect day out for a wide range of ages. I'd say 2-10yo would like this place, but also I'm 42 and had a fun time!

Kids can spend all day here if they are in to Lego. Has a few rides a theatre for Lego shows and some building stations. Kids spent most of the time building and racing Lego cars.

Not a good value. If it was 50% the cost might be a good afternoon activity, but at $30 a person there isn't enough to do, and the rides and activities are a bit mid.

This place is better suited for young kiddos. My 10 year old got bored after 2 hours. They need to have more for older kids to do. Expensive for what you get. The food court was order what you want then wait (hot dogs were over 30 minutes- we decided to leave and go to lunch at a restaurant). Don’t buy the photograph package- not worth it at all!!!

We spent $200 here as a family with two young kids, 3 and 5. The Lego center itself was great, but the staff there soured our experience so badly we will never go there or any one go there again. My kids spent so much time and effort crafting a little spaceship indoors. There wasn't a clear sign saying we weren't allowed to take it home with us, and at the door one of the staff members snatched it out of my 5 year old's hands and reprimanded him so badly that he burst into tears. What kind of experience is that for LEGO? What kind of treatment is that for a kid? If there was a misunderstanding or unclear policy they could have explained it in a nicer way, instead of treating my toddler in such a harsh manner. If they cannot speak kindly to young children they SHOULD NOT WORK at a children's store or venue. Totally soured our experience and we absolutely regret spending money here. Horrible, horrible. The manager was kind enough to later gift him something small, but it totally ruined our afternoon. Parents be warned.
