Most staff was friendly and kind. One staff member was terrible and yelling at kids for playing and learning (ex yelled at my son for rolling wheels gently down the ramp instead of building an entire car, telling them they can’t race cars down the tall ramp, telling a child who was excited to show him the banana he built that it wasn’t a banana because it wasn’t yellow). When approached and questioned about why, he was rude to me, refused to tell me his name, and covered his name tag. Definitely made what should have been a fun carefree day a lot less fun. Was dismissed when I sent an email reporting our negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

We traveled as a family (2 adults, kids ages 3 and 5) to visit Legoland, and while my 5-year-old had a blast, overall the experience left much to be desired — especially as the paying adult. Let’s start with the good: my 5-year-old genuinely enjoyed the attractions made for his age group, and it was sweet seeing his excitement. The park is clearly designed to cater to children, and the themes are fun and colorful. Now the not-so-great: my 3-year-old was pretty disappointed. A couple of the rides and activities have height restrictions, which we understand for safety, but it severely limited his experience. He kept getting turned away and was honestly hurt. Watching your toddler be excited just to get told “you can’t ride this” multiple times? That’s a letdown — for him and us. What really rubbed me the wrong way is the price for adults. It’s a kids attraction — plain and simple — so why charge adults full ticket prices when there’s almost nothing tailored for us? We were just there to supervise and spend money. It felt like I paid to watch my child have fun… and not even both of them. Would I recommend it? Maybe — if your kids are 5+ and tall enough to meet the ride requirements. But if you’re traveling with younger kids or expecting anything remotely entertaining for adults, temper your expectations. For what we paid, it didn’t live up.

Place was fun. We ended up spending 4 hrs there. The master model builders were awesome. See the 4d movies, they were the best part of it. The store looked good, but we went across the way to the official Lego store to get our insider VIP points.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience on Friday, July 31, around 1 PM. A woman, possibly of Asian background who appeared to be a manager, belched directly in my face while speaking to me. She made no effort to apologize or excuse herself, and the odor was very strong and offensive. To make matters worse, she was dismissive and gave me a hard time while I was simply trying to enter. Her behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, as no customer should be subjected to such treatment. In the end a diffrent staff member managed to help me and my son had fun.

I didn't like that parents paid the same as the kids when the parents aren't having or getting the same experience as the kids. There were not many lego pieces considering it is Legoland to build some of the things there. The ride was the best part and went on a few times, but if I wanted to just build legos I would rather have stayed home. Might be fun for younger kids because they have the indoor playground, but I had a 10 and 15 year old and it was hard to even spend an hour and half there for what was there. 3 checkers tables and only 1 had checkers. Also, got the picture thing included in the ticket and didn't even get any of the pictures.

The staff here were extremely rude and aggressive. While we were sitting on the track ride at the entrance today, I briefly checked my phone, and they suddenly started shouting through the intercom—very harshly and without any courtesy—telling me to put my phone away. But I had no pockets on my pants, so I could only hold it in my hand. Then they shouted a second time, even more forcefully, demanding I immediately put the phone away. I was confused—where was I supposed to put it? I held it up to show on the camera that the screen was off and that I had nowhere else to place it, so I just held it in my hand. Suddenly, two female staff members stormed in angrily and kicked me and my two daughters off the ride. They were unbelievably rude. I strongly suggest more staff training. For such a big company like LEGO, how can there be no basic customer service training? Their shouting really frightened my children, and rushing in to kick them off the ride without explanation was unacceptable. The kids didn’t even understand what was going on. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had in a place like this. Absolutely terrifying. For such a huge brand like LEGO, having such terrifying staff behavior is just unbelievable. Well done, LEGO. Bravo.

Not every place deserves 5 stars, so 4 stars are ok, the competitive shooting ride is offering something for the adults. We had a great time being with the family.
