The place is small, has an interactive mellow train ride, some tables for lego building and a small city extension and a Gymboree. High price for what you get. Could spend around a 1.5 hour there. Paid almost 100$ for 3 people

Took my daughter here for her 7th birthday and she had a blast! Not one time did she say she was bored! We booked online and presented the barcode when we arrived. Everything was smooth sailing!

Whelp this had to be one of the biggest waste of $126 ever. Two adults and two kids. We were here probably 11-12 years ago and things have changed a lot since. Reminded me of theme parks where you pay a crazy price to get in and then you have to pay more money for each attraction. Was a joke. We wont ever go back here or anywhere else associated with Lego.

I recently booked my son’s birthday party here, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations for the cost. Despite having a party host, I still had to handle tasks like setting out the food and cleaning up, which made it difficult to enjoy the day with my son. Our time at the facility felt very limited, and to make things worse, the power went out right before a ride began while we were just getting on it so my entire group missed that experience—even though it was included in the package. My son was especially disappointed, and many guests didn’t get to fully enjoy the venue. Afterward, I spoke with the manager about the situation and felt there was a lack of empathy toward my son’s disappointment and the overall experience. For the price paid—and considering the circumstances and response from management—I wouldn’t book a party here again. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously so future parties can have a smoother experience, better customer service, and real value for the cost. Overall, the facility itself is nice but unfortunately the customer service was lacking and ruined the experience.

A lot to look at and plenty to explore. I had no complaints. The staff was fantastic and I really believe it's the staff that will bring us back again.
