Was so good to get kids entertaint

Kids enjoyed it but I feel like there should be more there should be more things for the kids to do!

We purchased tickets so that our children could enjoy the 4D movie experience. The facility is advertised as closing at 4:00 PM, and the timer outside the theater indicated that the next show would begin in 15 minutes. Based on this information, we elected not to attend the earlier showing and instead waited for what we believed would be the final show of the day. At approximately 3:30 PM, we were informed by an employee that no additional shows would be played. When I requested to speak with a manager, a supervisor named Lee came to speak with us. Unfortunately, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She stated that the final show would not be played because it would not finish before closing time. This explanation was illogical, as the movie itself is only 15 minutes long and could have easily concluded prior to 4:00 PM. This experience was both disappointing and frustrating, particularly for our children who were looking forward to the show. It also left us feeling that we received very poor value for the money we spent. The lack of courtesy and unwillingness to honor the posted schedule reflects poorly on the facility’s management and customer service standards.

They don't accept cash here anymore, so I had to wait in line extra long for the cashier to explain that they no longer accept cash. The sets are overpriced and cheaper online, the store itself is clean but cramped together.

It's really unexpected experience when I visited the Legoland with my kids yesterday because I feel it's very expensive and there is no much activities for the kids and the some activities is closed because it's under maintenance and there is too many activities not included in the general ticket and it's need more extra money like The Lego Movie and the VR and it's really really not worth it with the with ticket cost ... now if i have the chose i will buy big lego toy with same ticket cost for my kids .

2.5yo daughter loved it. It's amazing how they have rides here, mazes and slides to go with the Lego play. Food was overpriced but not rip you eyeballs out overpriced which I guess was ok. Weekends are busy. Compared to the other indoor playgrounds, good value.
