I’m giving this a one star only because of the treatment. My boyfriend and I are on vacation and we are Lego fanatics. We purchased our tickets nearly $82 for an experience. We were even let into the elevator and as we were heading toward the Lego section this small girl with frizzy wavy/curly hair was yelling at us pointing at the very obvious location of the aquarium. I said I’m walking closer so she can stop yelling because who yells at customers like they’re incompetent? She explains that we can’t go in because we don’t have a child with us. Okay understandable however no one said anything at the entrance, nor did it say anything on the screen when purchasing the tickets. We asked for a full refund which did get processed. The girl was so demeaning and it even made us uncomfortable the way she treated us. Overall sucked. Kids would have fun but there should be more transparency in admission and better training to your employees to not treat people like creeps.

The center was very cute! Definitely for little Lego lovers but also for big Lego lovers. They don't take cash and I know it's becoming the norm but I still would love the option. The picture at the entrance is very cute. The flying ride seemed to be a favorite. We went on a less busy day so we were able to walk around very freely. The attractions were nice and had a little for everyone. I would have liked more signs that everything has a separate cost inside. The food was more geared towards children, parents eat before. Lol the gift store options were vast. I loved seeing the options for purchase. It was nice to see that there is an option to get custom pieces.

Disappointing! We were a big group of 4 Adults and 2 kids. We paid extra so we get the Photo passes. We asked a Staff to show us how it worked. We went on the train at least 5 times and non picture was saved not even the one the Staff did for us. Why do you make costumers pay extra? Miniature Philadelphia was cute but almost every special buttons were broken. Movie theater was okay but the seats where all wett would be good if they get dry. If you live close i would by a membership, it’s like a special indoor playground. I was just so disappointed because we paid so much

I noticed, don't usually give good reviews. But there was nothing to criticize on my son's birthday. Not saying the best pizza I have ever eaten but best pizza so far I have been in birthday parties. Kids ate at least 2-3 slices. Same goes to birthday cake all my guests ate at lease 2 sizes. Most important everybody left happy. Staff was trained they do know what they are doing I recommend to everyone. P.S. Pizzas are big, no need to order extra.
